Royal Feast - The Private Kitchen first started opening in 2012 and expanded to Central in 2016. It is a place where you can spend a few hours over a unique and exclusive dining experience that has been well-prepared just for you!

Our menu involves two important elements “Creative” and “Innovative”, not only make use of fresh vegetables to create new style dishes, but also a mixed up taste with fusion food of Chinese, Western, Japanese, French and Italian. ‘Pan-fried Watermelon’ is the most popular and signature food, which makes use of unique cooking technique with high temperature, to fry and fan-fried watermelon which is juicy and soft. Other signature dishes include ‘Mixed Mushroom Soup with Black Truffle’, 'Foie Gras and Shrimp Wonton with Soybean Sauce' and 'Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi with White Truffle Sauce'.

Casa Lisboa grandly opened in mid-2010, which is quickly recognized as one of the best authentic Portuguese restaurant in the town. The menu of Casa Lisboa displays a delicate understanding of flavours ensuring traditional Portuguese dishes are resurrected with a creative touch to arouse new delight to our patrons. Tamarind's Thai and Vietnamese kitchen is headed by Master Chef Amoo. A native of Chiang Mai, chef Amoo enhanced his skills with regional cooking tours to Vietnam and Thailand, and has cooked with the famous Chef Bobby Chinn from Saigon. He captures the essence of Thailand and Vietnam and recreates it in his dishes at Tamarind. Taking charge in the Indian kitchen is Chef Ravilal Bhandari whose wealth of culinary experience includes 15 years as the Executive Chef at the highly reputable Viceroy of India Restaurant in Hong Kong. Some of chef Bhandari's mouthwatering specialties includes pani poori trio which features crispy puffs stuffed with tangy potatoes paired with a selection of spiced water, mouthwatering morsels of tandoori salmon and lamb dum biryani cooked and served in a sealed pot.

Daimon Family Cafe presents a family menu for the most scrumptious get-together! Apart from its signature ramen selection, the Whampoa-exclusive menu includes self-service salad & beverage bars, kids’ meals and more. In addition to Japanese fare, Daimon Family Cafe introduces western snacks and Korean delights, bringing some of the foodies’ favourite to the menu.
