The Optimist is a no service charge Northern Spanish-inspired restaurant and Barcelona chic bar located at 239 Hennessy Road. The three-storied restaurant and bar serves Asador-inspired grilled seafood and meat and creative cocktails and drinks with Spanish flair.

Oolaa is a unique all day dining and drinks destination. Located on Soho's Bridges Street, at the ground floor of the luxury residential complex CentreStage, Oolaa is a 6000ft² venue housing a restaurant, lounge bar, cafe corner and private dining area all under one roof. The Hive Fashion Studio is a 11m x 7m studio fully equipped with professional grade Profoto lighting set and backscreens. This studio is suitable for fashion shoots, commercials, videos and high-end portraits. There is also a dressing table area, sofa and the neighbouring meeting room can also be booked.

MHK Meeting Room is in Madera Hotel in Jordan. This 30 square feet venue can hold up to 20 guests. It is bright and airy with floor-to-ground window that lead to the outdoor terrace. In-house F&B menu is provided, perfect to hold breakfast meeting and full-day conference.
