MAMA SAN by Will Meyrick – With his Scottish heritage, an Australian accent and an Indonesian home, Will Meyrick isn’t easily categorized. Often described as Western on the outside and Asian on the inside, Will’s passion for the cuisine culture and culinary heritage of this fascinatingly diverse part of the world, is what really defines him and sets him apart as a chef and restaurateur. This award winning chef and restaurateur now brings his incredible talent to Mama San in Hong Kong. Lavishing a collection of Asian flavours on his menu, Will continues to delight diners with an amazing collection of dishes from the South East Asian region. Our head chef Steve Chou hails from two of New York City's renowned one Michelin-starred restaurants, Public and The Modern and brings with him a skilled, sophisticated culinary technique that is bold and unconventional while still paying special reverence to the French classics.

ABOUT THE CLUB
With an area of 6,000 square feet, Bungalow provides customers a club experience unlike any other. The venue is fitted with the latest in entertainment production such as Funktion-One speakers, moving head spot lights, lasers and 4 wall-sized LED screens. The elevated DJ booth is equipped with three Pioneer CDJ2000 Nexus decks and a DJM900 Nexus mixer, in which is surrounded by a full service semi-circle marble bar. J. Candice Interior Architects is the vision behind the blue and white renaissance-esque design of the space, which features 14 VIP tables and 4 by-invitation only tables next to the DJ booth. As eye candy, the eerily eye-catching giant framed photographs decorating the walls are taken by noted German photographer, Helen Sobiralski. A rising talent, her works are all inspired by traditional Baroque paintings but re-interpreted with modern elements.

This impressive private venue in Hong Kong is a multipurpose event and private dining location designed as a three-story modern home. The one of a kind space is conveniently located near to Central Hong Kong and boasts luxurious decor and fittings. Royal Feast - The Private Kitchen first started opening in 2012 and expanded to Central in 2016. It is a place where you can spend a few hours over a unique and exclusive dining experience that has been well-prepared just for you!

Our menu involves two important elements “Creative” and “Innovative”, not only make use of fresh vegetables to create new style dishes, but also a mixed up taste with fusion food of Chinese, Western, Japanese, French and Italian. ‘Pan-fried Watermelon’ is the most popular and signature food, which makes use of unique cooking technique with high temperature, to fry and fan-fried watermelon which is juicy and soft. Other signature dishes include ‘Mixed Mushroom Soup with Black Truffle’, 'Foie Gras and Shrimp Wonton with Soybean Sauce' and 'Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi with White Truffle Sauce'.
