AnOther Place by David Myers is the Gypsy Chef™’s answer to the urbanites’ want for a home away from home. Hidden in an industrial complex situated on Hong Kong’s Victoria harbourfront, this speakeasy dining room unfolds Chef Myers’ own gastronomic West-meet-East adventures through a duo of 4-course and 6-course French Asian tasting menus. Not-to-be-missed are pop-up local artist exhibitions and contemporary music gigs that grace the chillout lounge and hallways.

Young Master is Hong Kong’s highest rated craft brewery making all natural beers locally. Since its inception in 2008, Ta Pantry has thrilled guests with a series of creative, cuisine-driven menus showcasing chef Esther Sham’s signature cooking style. The private kitchen’s new address opened in 2015 is a homecoming of sorts for chef Sham, who is thrilled to return to the Star Street neighborhood. Ta Pantry can accommodate up to twenty guests in its intimate 600 sq ft space.

Piccolo's serves good home style Italian food in a relaxed laid back environment. Located in the busy hustle and bustle of Sai Kung Square, Piccolo's is the perfect spot to sit back and watch the Sai Kung community go about their business. Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. Featuring modern British cuisine on the second floor ‘Kitchen’ and handcrafted cocktails and artisanal spirits on the first floor ‘Botanicals’ bar. 

With a permanent art collection curated by well-known Hong Kong artist ‘anothermountainman’ (Stanley Wong) featuring some of Hong Kong’s top contemporary artists, The Pawn has become more than just a dining space. It is a communal social venue for an eclectic mix of groups and sub-cultures, celebrating retro-futurism, arts & design, through casual-chic, al fresco and relaxed dining.
