Privé Group's new establishment – Hanabi, an exclusive Japanese omakase bar.

Japanese for "fireworks", the dining experience at Hanabi is a burst of seamless, intricate Japanese flavors meshed with a modern flair. This is thanks in part to popular Japanese sushi chef Michael Chan (previously of Café Kool and NOBU Intercontinental Hong Kong) who brings his signature subtle Japanese cuisine with a fusion flair to this newly opened, intimate, romantic restaurant.

Apart from its signature ramen selection, the Whampoa-exclusive menu includes self-service salad & beverage bars, kids’ meals and more. In addition to Japanese fare, Daimon Family Cafe introduces western snacks and Korean delights, bringing some of the foodies’ favourite to the menu.
