The Butchers Club Secret Kitchen is the perfect venue for any event. With a 14,000 square foot space spread across two floors, we have the flexibility to host parties for between 10 and 600 people.

Whether you’re looking for somewhere to host your birthday party, a formal corporate dinner, a themed event, a sit-down wedding reception, or anything in between, we can arrange a tailored package with a wide range of catering options to suit exactly what you’re looking for.

Our 7,000 square foot rooftop, with stunning views over Aberdeen harbor, is one of the largest outdoor event spaces in Hong Kong and can be used for any kind of event, with a capacity of up to 350 people.

MAMA SAN by Will Meyrick – With his Scottish heritage, an Australian accent and an Indonesian home, Will Meyrick isn’t easily categorized. Often described as Western on the outside and Asian on the inside, Will’s passion for the cuisine culture and culinary heritage of this fascinatingly diverse part of the world, is what really defines him and sets him apart as a chef and restaurateur. This award winning chef and restaurateur now brings his incredible talent to Mama San in Hong Kong. Lavishing a collection of Asian flavours on his menu, Will continues to delight diners with an amazing collection of dishes from the South East Asian region. The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef. A meal at The Butchers Club is not just a sit-down dinner; it is an experience. Diners are kept engaged throughout the meal, making this one of the most written about eateries, not only in Hong Kong, but also internationally, gaining popular acclaim in Singapore, Taiwan and even as far afield as London and New York. Once you've tried one of our 45-day dry-aged steaks, there's no going back. Invest in your very own 7-10kg piece of rib eye or sirloin Black Angus beef. We will place it in our very own dry-ageing room to be tenderly cared for by our dry-ageing specialist, and 30-45 days later you have a party's worth of steaks in absolute prime eating condition. Come and visit our butchery, talk to our butchers and chefs about all the different cuts we offer, recommended seasonings and all things food-related. Stay for our tastings, try your hand at shucking an oyster and learn how to make sausages with our team.

Our meeting facilities are designed for and used by companies of different sizes and industries for different purposes. Our facilities include an function area that can allocate up to 50 people. Our flexible setup design provides a friendly environment for different purposes and our facilities are all equipped with projections, audio conferencing system, high speed broadband and Wifi connection.
