Gaylord's kitchen is headed by Chef Roman Singh, aka The Curry Expert, and has over 20 years' of culinary experience rooted in Delhi. Chef Roman believes in traditional cooking styles with contemporary presentations and his mantra for the perfect dish is finding the right balance spices and fresh herbs. Gaylord's menu features traditional street snacks, tandoori barbecue delicacies, delectable curries like Chicken Makhanwala (boneless pieces of tandoori chicken cooked in smooth butter and tomato sauce), Chicken Tikka Masala (barbecued chicken cooked in a subtle onion and tomato sauce) and Rogan Josh Kashmiri (tender boneless lamb in an onion and red pepper sauce) alongside an assortment of freshly baked roti and naan bread, biryani rice and vegetarian specials.

{sfs} is the neighbourhood’s hang-out café and lifestyle gallery. It is a centrally located in Wan Chai, ground-floor cosy environment with catering options and all the basic amenities such as toilet and wifi. The interior of this versatile space is equally simple and elegant, numerous events and filming sessions have been held here. Jimmy’s Kitchen has been serving classic British Colonial cuisine in Hong Kong since 1928. After over 80 years, Jimmy’s still remains one of the city’s most highly renowned and beloved culinary institutions. The old photographs hanging on the walls, the immaculate table setting, the mood lighting and the meticulous service all ensure that guests feel at home.
