From "00" flour and fresh mozzarella from Italy to quality seafood and meats from France and Australia, we use only the choicest seasonal ingredients to prepare our dishes lovingly on site. Our signature pizzas are made-to-order and fast-fired in our state-of-the-art stone hearth oven, while our vast selection of pastas and salads includes classic favourites as well as innovative creations drawn from our culinary adventures around the world.

Voted 'Best People Watching Spot' in Hong Kong, our iconic venue on the corner of Staunton Street is the perfect place to have healthy lunches in the day time and to relax and enjoy bar snacks and drinks after a hectic day in the evening.

The space holds an oval centre-piece bar decorated with large pendant lamps which are set against a backdrop of glowing back-lit “wine-shelves”. The high-rise plush lounge seating is tailor-made for small group gatherings, causal drinking and cocktail sipping.

About 2,600 square feet area consists of three classrooms with an accommodation of up to 40. This classroom is in North Point close to Fortress Hill MTR Station and there are some bus stops nearby, transportation is convenient. This is perfect for cooking events, classes , private parties, team building, marketing events etc. On the other hand, the New Oriental Culinary will regularly launch new lessons for supplication. Noah's hall can be flexibly customized for breakout sessions, seminar rooms, exhibition halls or even dinner seating arrangements depending on customer needs. The 6 meter tall hall, which can accomodate up to 500 guests, is equipped with 7 projector screens included the main projector screen measuring 5 meter and width of 7 meters, making this an ideal place for any event.
