"Ga Gi Nang" is a Teochew dialect. One of the province in China. It means Family, Our own people or taking it into a deeper level "Brotherhood". But we are serving Tex-mex cuisine here at Ga Gi Nang.

The reason why we name it Ga Gi Nang is because we all want to have a place to have people bonding together.

A place that we could share our daily life with good foods, drinks and atmosphere. In order to make every customers feel like home as we treat every person as our own people (Ga Gi Nang).

For our name, most of the people in Hong Kong knows what's the meaning of Ga Gi Nang, for that we making it special and easy for people to remember us.

CRAFTSTEAK, OPEN FIRE COOKING – created for comfort, Craftsteak provides a memorable fine dining experience. A feature of the restaurant is the open fire cooking on the custom made charcoal fired grill which creates wonderful hints of smoke flavor to the sizzling grills. Classic starters, the freshest cuts of steaks from Australia, USA and Canada as well as poultry, seafood and vegetables, all presented with a selection of individual sauces, are there to enjoy in an atmosphere created for comfort. Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. Featuring modern British cuisine on the second floor ‘Kitchen’ and handcrafted cocktails and artisanal spirits on the first floor ‘Botanicals’ bar. 

With a permanent art collection curated by well-known Hong Kong artist ‘anothermountainman’ (Stanley Wong) featuring some of Hong Kong’s top contemporary artists, The Pawn has become more than just a dining space.
