The Hive Portrait’ Studio is a 6m x 4m studio equipped with a set of Bowen lights & radio trigger & back screens. It is suitable for portrait, product shoots and single model fashion shoots. There is also a dressing table with mirror lights for make-up.

The Hive Studios is staffed from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm. Weekend bookings are possible by arrangement. A PhaseOne technician can also be hired. For a custom made package, please contact for more details.

The interior has been designed to make for effective and successful shoots and to encourage creative energy.

A friendly high quality conference/seminar meeting place separated with private tea/coffee corner and desktop reception area overlooking the Kowloon Cricket Club in Tsim She Tsui within 5 min walking distance from MTR. Designed to perfectly accommodate your next private event, The Restaurant by The Kinnet is conveniently located at Sheung Wan’s Hillier Street, an urban oasis in the concrete jungle for you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, happy hour, early dinner and brunch.

The Sun Room is located right next to our cafe on the 3/F. Whether it is a business luncheon or a cocktail party, guests will have full access to our outdoor terrace and catering services. Sit down meals or even canapés can be arranged. The Sun Room can comfortably seat a party of 18 and hold 50 standing including the terrace. While the Cafe & Terrace can accommodate up to 32 seated and 100 standing capacity. For any audio/visual needs, enjoy unrestricted usage of our projector and screen.

Beerliner Langham Place has the same unique façade to its counterparts all over Hong Kong.
