BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. An extensive range of the best prime steaks available from US and Australia are complemented by an array of custom designed entrees, appetizers, salads, poultry, fish and shellfish, all with classic vegetable side dishes. Desserts of American classics and French specialties are a feature. BLT Steak offers endless beverage options as well, including a creative selection of wines, many available by the glass. DiVino, located at the top of Wyndham Street, has become one of Hong Kong's most popular hangouts since it opened in March 2003. DiVino has been through a major renovation recently; the new interior design has divided DiVino into two main sections. The front dining area and lounge remain sophisticated and warm with its sleek dining arrangement with mirrors, warm lighting and walls; while the dining area and outdoor terrace at the back emphasize on conviviality of the atmosphere. The giant wooden puzzle, bamboo lamp and blackboard on the wall contrasted with red velvet sofa to give a homey and welcoming feel, lending an Italian air to the ambiance.
