Note: This venue is available for hire for evening events only. The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. It is the masterpiece of a group of passionate chefs and butchers who together have created a truly unique concept based around high quality dry-aged beef. A meal at The Butchers Club is not just a sit-down dinner; it is an experience. Diners are kept engaged throughout the meal, making this one of the most written about eateries, not only in Hong Kong, but also internationally, gaining popular acclaim in Singapore, Taiwan and even as far afield as London and New York. Once you've tried one of our 45-day dry-aged steaks, there's no going back. Invest in your very own 7-10kg piece of rib eye or sirloin Black Angus beef. We will place it in our very own dry-ageing room to be tenderly cared for by our dry-ageing specialist, and 30-45 days later you have a party's worth of steaks in absolute prime eating condition. Come and visit our butchery, talk to our butchers and chefs about all the different cuts we offer, recommended seasonings and all things food-related. Stay for our tastings, try your hand at shucking an oyster and learn how to make sausages with our team.

Our menus are customisable to your tastes and requirements, and we remain flexible to special dietary requirements and holistic lifestyles. Our team aims to work closely with our clients in order to deliver the most seamless catering projects in town, beginning from our focus on quality and consistency, and a dedication to wow our clients with innovative plant-based cuisine.

Situated only 7 minutes drive from the bustling hub of Sai Kung, Dragon’s Lodge sits in a valley close to the Lion Rock Country park, deep in a feng shui forest. Private, tranquil and totally unique, the 19th century house boasts 2800 sq ft of usable indoor space and approx 3000 sq ft of established gardens. By day, the property is quiet, with clean air and awesome mountain views, by night the forest comes alive with the sounds of frogs, crickets and boar. It is truly an incredible place for nature lovers and anyone wanting to escape the city.

Main areas for rental:

- The landscaped terraced garden, which has established trees and shrubs in the middle of a feng shui forest. It is ideal for gatherings and as a break out area when using other parts of the house. Ideal for film, fashion or ad shooting.

- The tranquil and romantic roof (with power and water) overlooks Ma On Shan and the Lion Rock Country Park. It is suitable for parties, retreats (i.e. yoga,etc. during cooler weather), stargazing and film shooting, etc.
- The basement, which can be used for team building, some sports activities and film shooting and in conjunction with other areas of the house.
- The kitchen, which is well equipped and can be used for cooking classes, workshops in a very different environment.
- The lounge/dining area, which can be used for smaller workshops, team building and gatherings.

BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. An extensive range of the best prime steaks available from US and Australia are complemented by an array of custom designed entrees, appetizers, salads, poultry, fish and shellfish, all with classic vegetable side dishes. Desserts of American classics and French specialties are a feature. BLT Steak offers endless beverage options as well, including a creative selection of wines, many available by the glass. Our signature pizzas are made-to-order and fast-fired in our state-of-the-art stone hearth oven, while our vast selection of pastas and salads includes classic favourites as well as innovative creations drawn from our culinary adventures around the world.
