Kennedy Town’s Shoreditch, Urban Eatery and Battlecruiser brings a taste of London’s trendy east end eateries and culture to an area of Hong Kong that in the last couple of years has started to establish itself as a more relaxed alternative to the hustle and bustle of Soho and its surrounding areas.
Our food has strong links back to Britain whether directly by offering a traditional British dish or indirectly by taking British ingredients to create a more modern flavour suited to Asian tastes. The menu is regularly updated with new offerings. The drinks are also, in the main, uniquely British with offerings of Craft Beers, some interesting British wines within its wine list and British distilled Spirits allowing for some very interesting modern British cocktails.

Penser Concept provides a cozy environment for private art jamming parties, with huge variety of art and craft equipments and materials, all guests are able to have a fun time and enjoy the moment. The only authentic Japanese restaurant located on the Southside of Hong Kong, Shoku is a 4,000 square-foot beachfront venue with three private rooms and tables for large parties featuring Hong Kong’s largest authentic Japanese “Binchotan” charcoal grill as its centerpiece. Guests are encouraged to choose from the selection of fresh seafood such as whole scallops, Kinki fish, surf clams, abalone, conch and much more from the display around the grill which is flown in daily from the best suppliers in Japan and then cooked on the grill in front of the diners.
Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.
Nestled in the heart of Happy Valley, The Jockey is a quaint neighborhood pub where one can watch the world go by. Facing the Southern end of the Happy Valley Race Track with both indoor and alfresco seating, The Jockey serves the local residents as a convenient meeting place for drinks, food, conversation and watching major sporting events live on the big and small screens around the pub.
