The Factory is a spacious, multi-purpose venue that has been refurbished from a manufacturing warehouse located in San Po Kong, Kowloon. Occupying the entire 5th floor of the centrally located, top grade building on Three Garden Road Central, Eaton House offers hot desks, dedicated desks, private office suites, flexible event space, as well as a variety of meeting rooms and boardrooms. With a spectacular view overlooking Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Park, each meeting room is equipped with a 46-inch HDTV and glass white board. Video conference is also available.

bread n butter Cafe serves up delicious, authentic Brittany-style, sweet and savory crepes, to stay or takeaway. Our crepes use the finest ingredients, all lovingly hand prepared onsite the traditional way. We offer classic French fillings such as the Crepe Complete (ham, cheese, egg and spinach) but we have also created some contemporary twists such as our Crepe Hong Kong (condensed milk, peanut butter, toasted coconut and ice cream).

As well as the indoor café, there is also a covered outdoor terrace seating up to 44 diners in chic, Parisian style. It is the perfect spot to unwind after a hard day of shopping with friends and enjoy one of our leisurely afternoon tea sets.
