The event menus are exquisitely designed by Yun Yan's Executive Chef Kenny Chan who is a son of a renowned Sichuan chef family. Besides holding major positions at famous restaurants in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Canada, Chef Chan is granted the honorable title of Chef Rôtisseur by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. With endless creativity and over 40 years of experience, he creates modern Sichuan gourmet that embodies the versatility and variety of flavors in Sichuan cuisine. Hidden in an industrial complex situated on Hong Kong’s Victoria harbourfront, this speakeasy dining room unfolds Chef Myers’ own gastronomic West-meet-East adventures through a duo of 4-course and 6-course French Asian tasting menus. Not-to-be-missed are pop-up local artist exhibitions and contemporary music gigs that grace the chillout lounge and hallways.

Ophelia takes inspiration from Hong Kong’s history, waitresses in cheongsams sashay through the intimate alcoves and semi-private rooms, reminiscent of the city’s 19th century upscale opium dens which have been brought into modern day through the use of intricate metal work, handmade plush velvet furniture and resplendent peacock feathers.
