Ciao Chow is a new dining concept that houses Italian cafeteria, coffee bar and full bar under one roof, bringing premium Italian farm-to-table artisan food, specific-blend Italian espresso and craft beer and wine from Italy and around the globe to Hong Kong.

ITALIAN CAFETERIA IN THE HEART OF LKF - Located on the G/F of the newly-built California Tower, Lan Kwai Fong, in the wildly famous "California" space, the newly-opened Ciao Chow emphasizes a completely open kitchen, pizzeria, coffee bar and full wine bar with rose gold colour features evoking the feeling of Italian.

LATE OPENING HOURS - With its long operation hours – the restaurant is open until 2am on Sundays and weekdays, and until 4am on Friday and Saturday, Ciao Chow is the not-to-be-missed destination for late night diners looking for quality dining.

PIZZERIA - All pizzas are baked in the restaurant’s centerpieces – two specially-imported ovens with the highest degree of 450°C. Ciao Chow's pizzas will soon get the "Verace Pizza Napoletana" Certification, meaning Ciao Chow’s pizzeria and mozzarella bar will offer Hong Kong’s first and only VPN Pizza - the "true Neapolitan pizza". This means that the pizzas are made with only certain types of ingredients with approved equipment in traditional pizza-making methods. Moreover, a large variety of unique fresh toppings and DIY options are available for pizza lovers at Ciao Chow.

HANDMADE FRESH PASTA - Ciao Chow offers classic Italian handmade pasta dishes made with the freshest premium ingredients from Italy according to the authentic Italian tradition.

Note: This venue is available for hire for evening events only. The Butchers Club launched in April 2013 in Tin Wan, Aberdeen as a butcher's shop, a private dining room and a space for cooking classes. A contemporary take on speakeasies, “I Know John” is a sophisticated, private lounge serving specialty mixologist-created cocktails and a carefully curated menu offering niche wines and whiskeys. Overlooking the famed Wellington Street, the refined, modern-rustic venue holds a 16-foot-long bar built with dark timber wood and illuminated oak blocks, and custom-made leather seats and couches. The cozy outdoor balcony serves as a perfect nook for intimate conversations.
