Noah's hall can be flexibly customized for breakout sessions, seminar rooms, exhibition halls or even dinner seating arrangements depending on customer needs. The 6 meter tall hall, which can accomodate up to 500 guests, is equipped with 7 projector screens included the main projector screen measuring 5 meter and width of 7 meters, making this an ideal place for any event.

Beerliner Langham Place has the same unique façade to its counterparts all over Hong Kong. The restaurant imposes a 3D architectural rendering of an 18th century structure with a mix of contemporary and ancient design elements like striking arched doorways and chandelier lights. This new shop also boasts a large open kitchen and a modest bar reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany.

Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, Beerliner offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting. Beerliner offers a range of German fares featuring appetizers, salads, mains and desserts. Patrons can savor traditional favorites from the open kitchen including Roasted Pork Knuckle and Sausage Platter. The only authentic Japanese restaurant located on the Southside of Hong Kong, Shoku is a 4,000 square-foot beachfront venue with three private rooms and tables for large parties featuring Hong Kong’s largest authentic Japanese “Binchotan” charcoal grill as its centerpiece. Guests are encouraged to choose from the selection of fresh seafood such as whole scallops, Kinki fish, surf clams, abalone, conch and much more from the display around the grill which is flown in daily from the best suppliers in Japan and then cooked on the grill in front of the diners.

Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.
