Located at Hong Kong Central Star Ferry, Watermark offers unparalleled waterfront dining, boasting a stunning 270-degree view of Victoria Harbour. A stairway leads to an intimate dining area which features a wine collection, perched high in 30-plus feet high. A translucent sky-light ceiling gives the restaurant luminous, natural daylight, while the surrounding open-air deck offers a spectacular view of Kowloon peninsula and ferries commuting on the water. Ideal for events and parties, the menu focuses on fresh seafood and dry-aged beef which can be seen in the custom-built temperature controlled cabinet to facilitate its dry-aging process.

The Continental is an elegant restaurant inspired by the sophisticated charm of Europe’s grand cafes that presents a menu of lovingly refined dishes. Opened since 1998 in Hong Kong as the brain-child of veteran restaurateur, Mr. Carmelo Lopez. A native Spanish himself, he came to Asia in the 70’s but was still nostalgically attached to the richness and exquisite taste of the cuisine of his motherland. Ole was created from this crave for authenticity! Just experience the genuine touch of Spain the moment you step inside the restaurant: the lemon yellow plastered walls and glazed terracotta tiles of the Mediterranean, the lighting fixture and the decorative potteries directly flown from Spain. JAMIE’S ITALIAN CAUSEWAY BAY measures 12,000ft² and boasts pillar-free spaces that can be configured to welcome private parties, family & friends gatherings or large corporate groups. It can accommodate up to 200 guests for a sit-down dinner or up to 400 guests in a cocktail setting.
