Our specialist European culinary team helmed by Chef Juanjo Carrillo presents authentic Italian lunch and dinner featuring authentic imported antipasto, pastas and both traditional and creative contemporary signature main courses such as Ossobuco, Veal Saltimbocca and Chicken Milanese.

Styled after a vintage nightclub, the bar is equipped with a professional amplified stereo sound system for superior sound quality, and an excellent collection of jazz vinyl discs for members to choose from. Club members are also invited to bring their own vinyl treasures for other members to enjoy.

Renowned musicians perform at jazz nights on week days, and a trio jazz band on weekends.

Frites Belgian Beer House is an authentic dining experience, bringing a truly unique flavour to the diners of Quarry Bay. In keeping with The Salted Pig's rustic, English-style farmhouse concept, interior designer Kinney Chan blends homey and chic elements, with blackboards, wooden pedal, a chopping block bar, a fun and playful pig mural and various pig-themed items. The use of wood is everywhere, such as bare wooden tables and simple wooden chairs. Single tables and booths are available for intimate social gatherings, while a full-height shelf can be slide out to form a private area for parties.
