Jinjuu, meaning “pearl”, is Hong Kong’s premier modern Korean restaurant with celebrity chef Judy Joo at the helm. Located in the iconic California Tower, Jinjuu seamlessly merges traditional and contemporary styles of cuisine and design. The stunning venue offers a space that feels casual and inviting, yet still upscale. Jinjuu boasts a unique menu with big bold flavours, showcasing much loved Korean classics as well as fun street food fare. These vibrant dishes and the tasty selection of “Anju” (small plates served with alcohol) match perfectly with the playful famed concoctions from the bar. Café de Paris brings a Parisian touch to the popular Soho dining district. Its ambiance is akin to Parisian street cafés, where dark wood panelings, maroon coloured-walls and mirrors etched with decorative scrolls creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. Embossed floral tiles on the ceiling give the atmosphere an air of casual elegance. The black and white checkered floor tiling, old posters and ornate brass racks perched high creates the feeling of nostalgia.
