Sous Vide Factory is a private restaurant located in an industrial building in Kwun Tong. This 1,100 square feet area can hold up to 40 seats. Equipped with wifi, projector, sound system etc, it is perfect for individual or corporate parties and events.

Ciao Chow is a new dining concept that houses Italian cafeteria, coffee bar and full bar under one roof, bringing premium Italian farm-to-table artisan food, specific-blend Italian espresso and craft beer and wine from Italy and around the globe to Hong Kong.

ITALIAN CAFETERIA IN THE HEART OF LKF - Located on the G/F of the newly-built California Tower, Lan Kwai Fong, in the wildly famous "California" space, the newly-opened Ciao Chow emphasizes a completely open kitchen, pizzeria, coffee bar and full wine bar with rose gold colour features evoking the feeling of Italian.

LATE OPENING HOURS - With its long operation hours – the restaurant is open until 2am on Sundays and weekdays, and until 4am on Friday and Saturday, Ciao Chow is the not-to-be-missed destination for late night diners looking for quality dining.

PIZZERIA - All pizzas are baked in the restaurant’s centerpieces – two specially-imported ovens with the highest degree of 450°C. Ciao Chow's pizzas will soon get the "Verace Pizza Napoletana" Certification, meaning Ciao Chow’s pizzeria and mozzarella bar will offer Hong Kong’s first and only VPN Pizza - the "true Neapolitan pizza". This means that the pizzas are made with only certain types of ingredients with approved equipment in traditional pizza-making methods. Moreover, a large variety of unique fresh toppings and DIY options are available for pizza lovers at Ciao Chow.

HANDMADE FRESH PASTA - Ciao Chow offers classic Italian handmade pasta dishes made with the freshest premium ingredients from Italy according to the authentic Italian tradition.

Beerliner Tuen Mun Town Plaza boasts a unique ambience with an eclectic mix of contemporary décor and Old World design elements featuring beautiful chandeliers and striking arched doorways, as well as an open kitchen and a small bar that is reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany. Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, Beerliner offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting.

Built with exceptional power, this Sunseeker Manhattan 53 sails across open waters combining comfort and functionality. This model presents a fresh perspective on other flybridge motor yachts at the same size. With 3 staterooms and washrooms, a spacious salon, afterdeck and flybridge - this powerboat has the capacity to carry up to 20 guests and 5 crew members. It makes a great space for any kind of gathering, celebration and getaway from the city.

Our homebrewing and beer tasting workshops provide the perfect team building opportunity.

Our homebrewing workshops are a great way to promote team-bonding over the course of the 3+ hours, as participants enjoy craft beers while having a hands on experience with the beer making process. Beer related topics such as brewing basics, beer history and different craft beer style will also be covered. Our venue can hold up to 16-20 persons.

We also offer craft beer tasting events / workshops that last for less than 3 hours. Beer tasting provides a more relaxed and casual environment, participants will be able to learn about what happened to the beer world over the past decades, while having the chance to taste different type of craft beers from different beer style from all over the world. Event style can be sit down or standing, depending on the nature required. Our venue can hold up to 40 people standing, and 20 people sitting. Named after a Polynesian greeting meaning “kiss kiss”, Honi Honi Cocktail Lounge has been the first Tiki lounge bar to open its door in Hong Kong. The venue is a veritable haven of elegance and design, consisting of classic Polynesian deco, architectural creations of timber and bamboo. With the outdoor terrace adorned with lush greenery and sculpted furniture, it is a truly escape at the heart of the city.
