Sauteéd and Frito are also customers’ favourite, including Slow-cooked Chorizo al Cava and Deep-fried Padrón Pepper. Bite-sized Chorizo bathing in Cava for 3 hours has an excellent balance between spiciness and sweetness, whereas Padrón Pepper originated from Northern Spain also balance the spiciness with a touch of sea salt.

Beef Tenderloin & Foie Gras serving with Prune Sauce and Grilled Pork Presa with Chimichurri would be the first picks for carnivores without any hesitation. The auditorium, with a first class PA and projector system, can seat up to 170 people. The seating is completely flexible to suit your needs, or can be completely removed for a wide-open space of approx 2000 sq. ft. The auditorium has direct access to the cafe for easy session breaks, networking, or refreshments. 
 
The classroom, approx. 250 sq. ft., seats up to 30 people and can accommodate all types of training sessions and classroom meetings.
