YUM CHA adopts a playful twist on Chinese cuisine, while maintaining traditional Chinese flavors. Dining at YUM CHA is made memorable with a number of “camera eats first” moments that are meant to arouse both your visual interest and your appetite. YUM CHA emphasizes the use of fresh, seasonal, and quality ingredients. YUM CHA proudly serves food with no added MSG.

The décor at YUM CHA is reminiscent of a number of nostalgic Chinese dining traditions. A variety of decorative items such as traditional Chinese serving utensils and birdcages appear as a reference to the old teahouses of the past.

Chef Eddy is well known in Hong Kong's dining circle as a pioneer of the private kitchen scene since the 1990's, and with G7 he is back in Central to share his authentic and refined take on Italian food. Using only the freshest seasonal produce, from Chef Eddy's home-made breads and pastas, to white truffles from Alba and fresh daily seafood from Hokkaido, G7 provides clients with a culinary experience not to be missed! Our private room and our outdoor terrace fits up to 10 persons each whilst our main dining area will fit 16.

In keeping with The Salted Pig's rustic, English-style farmhouse concept, interior designer Kinney Chan blends homey and chic elements, with blackboards, wooden pedal, a chopping block bar, a fun and playful pig mural and various pig-themed items. The use of wood is everywhere, such as bare wooden tables and simple wooden chairs. Single tables and booths are available for intimate social gatherings, while a full-height shelf can be slide out to form a private area for parties.

Combinations of beige, grey and brown shades, as well as a touch of red are used to generate a homey and warm feeling. By creating a natural and cozy ambience, this rustic restaurant is ideal for local guests and tourists to escape from the modern world. Another highlight of the restaurant is the spacious outdoor terrace, where diners can enjoy relaxing alfresco dining and wind down from the hectic workweek at the same time.
