We have two party rooms in San Po Kong. The 3000 sqft. Party Fever K is in Chinachem Industrial Mansion (2 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station), while the 10000 sqft. Party Fever T is in Sheung Hei Factory Building (5 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station). We could provide a party space which can accommodate up to 120 people. We do also provide planning services for private or corporate parties. We aim for create an unforgettable party for you!

Opened since 1998 in Hong Kong as the brain-child of veteran restaurateur, Mr. Carmelo Lopez. A native Spanish himself, he came to Asia in the 70’s but was still nostalgically attached to the richness and exquisite taste of the cuisine of his motherland. Ole was created from this crave for authenticity! With lots of art galleries, fashion boutiques, Antique Street as well as PMQ, this Classified location offers a very central located intimate event space amidst the hip happenings in the area.

A private room is located upstairs, perfect location for business meetings, workshops or just friends and family gatherings. Accommodating 24 people. The entire venue (2 floors) has the capacity of 40 people sit down and 60 people stand up.
