Through our online shop, customers can get the same premium cuts of meat hand-sliced by our butcher. Our market-fresh fruits and vegetables are selected daily by our dedicated staff, as well as a hand-picked selection of seasonal products exclusively imported from Europe and the US.

Located at Hong Kong Central Star Ferry, Watermark offers unparalleled waterfront dining, boasting a stunning 270-degree view of Victoria Harbour. Contemporary continental cuisine is served at this harbour side eatery. An elegant stone entranceway and water features take you into Watermark's sleek interior of teak, marble and glass. The three-sided water views of the open-plan space can be utilized to full capacity, or partitioned to create an intimate dining experience. TWENTY SIX by Liberty is an intimate 26-seat chef's-table style venue. With only a dining counter top separating guests from the culinary team, the open kitchen concept allows diners to be entertained by Chef Chris Keung, while watching him and his team skillfully prepare the intricate dishes of the Modern Asian 8-course tasting menu. 

The urban ambience of the venue provides guests with a unique dining experience which is reflective of Chef Keung’s personality. Surrounded by the panoramic view of the city skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows, guests will be sure to have a special night.

Beerliner Langham Place has the same unique façade to its counterparts all over Hong Kong. The restaurant imposes a 3D architectural rendering of an 18th century structure with a mix of contemporary and ancient design elements like striking arched doorways and chandelier lights. This new shop also boasts a large open kitchen and a modest bar reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany.

Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, Beerliner offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting. Beerliner offers a range of German fares featuring appetizers, salads, mains and desserts. Patrons can savor traditional favorites from the open kitchen including Roasted Pork Knuckle and Sausage Platter. Beerliner also features an impressive list of classic German beers like Weissbier and Pilsener, and a refreshing cocktails and mocktails list is also available for affinities.
