Chef Eddy is well known in Hong Kong's dining circle as a pioneer of the private kitchen scene since the 1990's, and with G7 he is back in Central to share his authentic and refined take on Italian food. Using only the freshest seasonal produce, from Chef Eddy's home-made breads and pastas, to white truffles from Alba and fresh daily seafood from Hokkaido, G7 provides clients with a culinary experience not to be missed! Stormies is one of Lan Kwai Fong's quintessential meeting landmarks. Following a nautical theme, the ground floor bar features floor-to-ceiling folding windows that open onto the busy D'Aguilar Street. The floor is covered with teak furniture resembling a ship's deck and a long, polished brass bar countertop stretches across the room. Dominating the bar's sunset yellow walls are large mirrors, framed in stainless steel, complete with brass bolts. Nautical wares such as solid brass barometers, cabin clocks and anchors adorn the walls. A pair of 21-inch televisions screens footage from classic yachting races to annual sports events. The recently renovated upper deck features live sports on big screens and large windows, making it the perfect place to people watch over the busiest party street in Hong Kong.

An extensive menu of seafood, ribs, salads, pastas and sandwiches is available. For a light bite, sandwiches like the Stormies Club or Stormies Classic Burger are perfect. Don't pass up on the scrumptious US BBQ Pork Ribs. The bar also offers a snack menu, with dishes like Stormies Wings and Breaded Calamari Rings.

Royal Feast - The Private Kitchen first started opening in 2012 and expanded to Central in 2016. It is a place where you can spend a few hours over a unique and exclusive dining experience that has been well-prepared just for you!

Our menu involves two important elements “Creative” and “Innovative”, not only make use of fresh vegetables to create new style dishes, but also a mixed up taste with fusion food of Chinese, Western, Japanese, French and Italian. ‘Pan-fried Watermelon’ is the most popular and signature food, which makes use of unique cooking technique with high temperature, to fry and fan-fried watermelon which is juicy and soft.
