LILY & BLOOM draw their inspiration from the physical streetscapes and downtown street life that emerged in great cities near the turn of the 20th century. Beginning in Paris and migrating to London, New York, San Francisco, and Shanghai, the years of 1890-1930 marked the beginning of not just the modern city, but the way we now eat and drink. Street vendors, cafes, people watching, restaurants, classic cocktails, chefs and cookbooks - all came to the forefront at this time. Most importantly, the life force of all this - the central urban market - was born.

From the intricate architecture of the brick tenements, to the raw energy of immigrant city life and the places such vendors/hawkers/restaurant owners drank and ate, LILY & BLOOM’s interiors hint at both the urban grits and the creative headiness of the early 1900’s. Together with the ingredient-driven food and drink, the concept celebrates the life that markets, food, and those who produce it have given us literally and figuratively. BUZZ CONCEPTS, by partnering with AvroKO, aim to pay tribute to this era in their new duplex space at LILY & BLOOM.

With a drinks menu that provides unparalleled insight into the refined art of mixology, Lily continues to attract Hong Kong’s finest with an unbeatable selection of expertly-crafted cocktails served in a space inspired by turn-of-the-century America.

A Private Dining Room, located within Lily, are ideal for events of all types, ranging from business meetings, gatherings, birthday parties and many more.

THE RESTAURANT (5/F)
Just one floor down sits Bloom, the city’s definitive contemporary American kitchen. Brimming with energy and warmth, the restaurant is decked out in wood and industrial elements in a design evocative of old Manhattan, and highlights market-fresh flavours and top-of-the-line seafood in their omnipresent raw bar. Honest cooking meets gourmet produce in a menu that reveals a bounty of traditional American favorites refined with subtle European touch.

Synergy Biz is a company, hoping to create a co-working space with its networking concept to aspire entrepreneurs or small or medium companies. It aims to provide a well-equipped business environment and business networking platform for them in their development.

XO Workshop, which occupies 1600 sqft., is a open and blank space for different type of events. It can fit up to 80 pax, and can be partitioned into 2 separate studios. Its elite environment is suitable for conference, workshops, yoga and dance class, etc.

Bao Bei, means “BABE” in Chinese, is a new “Made in Hong Kong” Lounge & Eatery concept located in Hong Kong’s nightlife hub. Bao Bei will be serving customers Asian themed comforting dishes like Steamed Baos, alongside a variety of small and sharing plates with a playful twist.

At the lounge, mixologists will be shaking Asian themed cocktails and pouring your favourite Asian Craft Beer. Each sip and bite will give patrons an immersive experience into an environment that blends elements from both East and West perfectly.

Set to be the city’s most exclusive hotspot, Gecko (re-opened in late 2015) is one of Central’s most hidden charms situated in Ezra’s Lane. The hidden spot is an ideal place for enjoying a relaxing get-together with friends, meeting business acquaintances or catching some of our excellent live music.

Soak up the sophisticated atmosphere and let the jazz music wash over you while experiencing a menu of unique whiskies, craft beers, a handpicked list of cocktails, and wines by the glass and bottle to complete the extensive drinks selection. 

Feast (Food by EAST) is our big, bustling café on the 1st floor. Brimming with authentic Asian specialties and international favourites, our philosophy is 'simple things, done well'. Guests can expect to enjoy tasty breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner from Feast.
