Decked out in white and metallic blue with sleek corners protruding from the bar, Tonic atop Langham Place combines a classy, contemporary environment with world class mixology. Drinks on offer include hand crafted cocktails like Spanish Sunset and Suzdal as well as an impressive selection of wines, champagnes, ports and sherries. Our specialist European culinary team helmed by Chef Juanjo Carrillo presents authentic Italian lunch and dinner featuring authentic imported antipasto, pastas and both traditional and creative contemporary signature main courses such as Ossobuco, Veal Saltimbocca and Chicken Milanese.

Styled after a vintage nightclub, the bar is equipped with a professional amplified stereo sound system for superior sound quality, and an excellent collection of jazz vinyl discs for members to choose from. Club members are also invited to bring their own vinyl treasures for other members to enjoy.

Renowned musicians perform at jazz nights on week days, and a trio jazz band on weekends.

A wide range of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails is also served, with our wine sommelier happy to recommend new ideas on what to try!

Bao Bei, means “BABE” in Chinese, is a new “Made in Hong Kong” Lounge & Eatery concept located in Hong Kong’s nightlife hub. Bao Bei will be serving customers Asian themed comforting dishes like Steamed Baos, alongside a variety of small and sharing plates with a playful twist.
