BRICK LANE Gallery allows a gourmet kitchen to cross with an art gallery. Imagine the luxury of art appreciation, great cocktails and good food under the same roof. Sous Vide Factory is a private restaurant located in an industrial building in Kwun Tong. This 1,100 square feet area can hold up to 40 seats. Equipped with wifi, projector, sound system etc, it is perfect for individual or corporate parties and events.

The 3-storey building overlooking Stanley Bay is one of seafront's most popular dining landmarks.
