Chef Eddy is well known in Hong Kong's dining circle as a pioneer of the private kitchen scene since the 1990's, and with G7 he is back in Central to share his authentic and refined take on Italian food. Using only the freshest seasonal produce, from Chef Eddy's home-made breads and pastas, to white truffles from Alba and fresh daily seafood from Hokkaido, G7 provides clients with a culinary experience not to be missed! Internationally acclaimed designer Tom Dixon’s Design Research Studio have crafted a venue of infinite beauty, encompassing the stunning views across Victoria Harbour and features influences of the elements of stone, wood, fire and water.

The restaurant introduces the culinary skills of head Chef Mike Boyle, previously of Bistecca, who has created a menu featuring the finest grill items of exclusively sourced beef, an eclectic array of starters and salads and creative side dishes all with a wrap of decadent desserts. Supported by a superb range of wines from some of the world’s most respected vineyards and a creative assembly of cocktails, ALTO presents a stunning location to embrace uninterrupted views across Hong Kong while indulging in a pleasurable dining experience.

Stormies is one of Lan Kwai Fong's quintessential meeting landmarks. Following a nautical theme, the ground floor bar features floor-to-ceiling folding windows that open onto the busy D'Aguilar Street. The floor is covered with teak furniture resembling a ship's deck and a long, polished brass bar countertop stretches across the room. Dominating the bar's sunset yellow walls are large mirrors, framed in stainless steel, complete with brass bolts. Nautical wares such as solid brass barometers, cabin clocks and anchors adorn the walls. A pair of 21-inch televisions screens footage from classic yachting races to annual sports events. The recently renovated upper deck features live sports on big screens and large windows, making it the perfect place to people watch over the busiest party street in Hong Kong.

An extensive menu of seafood, ribs, salads, pastas and sandwiches is available. For a light bite, sandwiches like the Stormies Club or Stormies Classic Burger are perfect. Don't pass up on the scrumptious US BBQ Pork Ribs. The bar also offers a snack menu, with dishes like Stormies Wings and Breaded Calamari Rings.
