The founder is a professional facilitator and management consultant in the area of personal effectiveness and corporate wellness and takes every effort to ensure every need is met. She is available to lead workshops as well.
Red Doors Studio offer a 28x28 feet studio with a labyrinth painted on the floor for walking meditation and three 8x10 feet rooms. Two of the smaller rooms can be opened up into one 16 x 20 feet meeting room. The venue has a small kitchen open to the common area. 2 toilets. The mirrored wall in the studio can be covered with white curtains. Folding chairs, folding tables, flip-chart, yoga mats, massage table, blankets meditation cushions, bolsters are available at the studio. The studio can take 40 yoga mats on the floor.
Classroom style in main studio can accommodate 60 easily. 20 folding chairs available on site, additional seating available on a request basis for an additional fee. Use of VCR complimentary.
