Chef Eddy is well known in Hong Kong's dining circle as a pioneer of the private kitchen scene since the 1990's, and with G7 he is back in Central to share his authentic and refined take on Italian food. Using only the freshest seasonal produce, from Chef Eddy's home-made breads and pastas, to white truffles from Alba and fresh daily seafood from Hokkaido, G7 provides clients with a culinary experience not to be missed! Our private room and our outdoor terrace fits up to 10 persons each whilst our main dining area will fit 16.

"Ga Gi Nang" is a Teochew dialect. One of the province in China. It means Family, Our own people or taking it into a deeper level "Brotherhood". But we are serving Tex-mex cuisine here at Ga Gi Nang.

The reason why we name it Ga Gi Nang is because we all want to have a place to have people bonding together.

A place that we could share our daily life with good foods, drinks and atmosphere. In order to make every customers feel like home as we treat every person as our own people (Ga Gi Nang).

For our name, most of the people in Hong Kong knows what's the meaning of Ga Gi Nang, for that we making it special and easy for people to remember us.

Premium butcher and delicatessen Feather & Bone opens a one-stop grocery shop and restaurant.The cosy 30-seat eatery serves freshly made meals from 7am to 10pm daily, whilst al fresco seating accommodates up to 20 guests — perfect for private parties or whiling away an afternoon with a sampling of cheese, a freshly prepared salad and a glass of chilled wine. 

Well-stocked delicatessen-style counters showcase a selection of fine curds and meats, whilst a carefully curated collection of wines and spirits promise to elevate even the finest of home bars. Guests can opt to order meat straight from the butcher’s counter to be cooked to their liking, or have it lovingly packed with recipe suggestions from their expert butchers.

The Continental is an elegant restaurant inspired by the sophisticated charm of Europe’s grand cafes that presents a menu of lovingly refined dishes. Spiga is located in the heart of Central. The menu is designed and created by two Michelin Star Chef, Enrico Bartolini, using innovative techniques and quality Italian ingredients. With most of the ingredients coming directly from Italy, the restaurant serves traditional Italian cuisine typically from Lombardy and Piedmont regions. Each dish is prepared using innovative techniques to create intensely flavoured and beautifully plated dishes.

The cinematic 1950s Italian interior design by Joyce Wang Studio will wander diners to various unique thematic spaces capturing the romance and intrigue of vintage Italy. 

Spiga also features private dining rooms, Roma seats up to 24 people, and the secret garden room for up to 10 people.
