Gaylord Indian Restaurant is a secret paradise located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Recommended by Michelin Guide and recognized for its authentic and traditional Indian dishes since 1972, it continues to capture the hearts and taste buds of diners both local and abroad. Gaylord's kitchen is headed by Chef Roman Singh, aka The Curry Expert, and has over 20 years' of culinary experience rooted in Delhi. Chef Roman believes in traditional cooking styles with contemporary presentations and his mantra for the perfect dish is finding the right balance spices and fresh herbs. Gaylord's menu features traditional street snacks, tandoori barbecue delicacies, delectable curries like Chicken Makhanwala (boneless pieces of tandoori chicken cooked in smooth butter and tomato sauce), Chicken Tikka Masala (barbecued chicken cooked in a subtle onion and tomato sauce) and Rogan Josh Kashmiri (tender boneless lamb in an onion and red pepper sauce) alongside an assortment of freshly baked roti and naan bread, biryani rice and vegetarian specials.

Halcyon - pronounced- Hal-see-on- denotes a period of time that was idyllically happy and peaceful.

Beerliner's second location in Hong Kong has a unique façade - an inspired exterior that imposes a 3D architectural rendering of an 18th century structure. The restaurant's swanky interior is an ultimate in chic style with an eclectic mix of contemporary décor and Old Word design elements like striking arched doorways and modern chandelier lights. It also boasts a large open kitchen and a classic micro-brewery found at the rear end of the restaurant. Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, it offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting. 208 is located on Hong Kong’s art and antiquing Hollywood Road in the Sheung Wan district, an area akin to New York’s Meatpacking District in its early days, now a blooming art and design scene.

Set in a striking two-storied venue, formerly a meat storage warehouse, 208 Duecento Otto combines a lively bar downstairs with a more intimate upstairs dining room, both with semi-outdoor seating, overlooking Hollywood Road.

At the buzzing Bar with its distinct New York City vibe, delicious aperitivi, cocktails and wines are paired with authentic Napoletana pizzas, antipasti and a tasty small plate selection of pasta, mains and dolci for casual dining at the Bar.

An interior staircase leads up to the restaurant, a more intimate option with a unique menu of rustic Italian cuisine with that special 208 twist.

The gorgeously designed 4,000 square foot restaurant and bar, with its chic yet fun interiors can cater to 180 for cocktails, 120 for dining. And our cosy private dining room is perfect for truly intimate events.

Premium butcher and delicatessen Feather & Bone opens a one-stop grocery shop and restaurant.The cosy 30-seat eatery serves freshly made meals from 7am to 10pm daily, whilst al fresco seating accommodates up to 20 guests — perfect for private parties or whiling away an afternoon with a sampling of cheese, a freshly prepared salad and a glass of chilled wine. 

Well-stocked delicatessen-style counters showcase a selection of fine curds and meats, whilst a carefully curated collection of wines and spirits promise to elevate even the finest of home bars. Guests can opt to order meat straight from the butcher’s counter to be cooked to their liking, or have it lovingly packed with recipe suggestions from their expert butchers.
