Bridal Tea House is a stylish restaurant with colonial Hong Kong ambience. The menu offers Hong Kong’s unique western style cuisine which is tailored to suit international guests’ appetite. CABARET is a master fusion of world class performing talents, profound gastronomy, top of the chart fine drinks and dynamic parties. Expect a soothing jazz performance to start the night followed by spectacular Cabaret shows in a company of Roederer Cristal with Italian truffle, or perhaps cold cut with contemporary twists on the classics.

The only authentic Japanese restaurant located on the Southside of Hong Kong, Shoku is a 4,000 square-foot beachfront venue with three private rooms and tables for large parties featuring Hong Kong’s largest authentic Japanese “Binchotan” charcoal grill as its centerpiece. Guests are encouraged to choose from the selection of fresh seafood such as whole scallops, Kinki fish, surf clams, abalone, conch and much more from the display around the grill which is flown in daily from the best suppliers in Japan and then cooked on the grill in front of the diners.

Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.

Fully equipped for audio and visual systems and accessories as well as high speed broadband, it is ideally suited for theater-style events, intimate gatherings and effective round table discussions, catering between 50 and 150 guests.

A cozy bar and lounge serves its signature cocktails with bar snacks. It is located near HKU Station B2 Exit, which is easily accessed.
