TWENTY SIX by Liberty is an intimate 26-seat chef's-table style venue. With only a dining counter top separating guests from the culinary team, the open kitchen concept allows diners to be entertained by Chef Chris Keung, while watching him and his team skillfully prepare the intricate dishes of the Modern Asian 8-course tasting menu.

BREAD STREET KITCHEN & BAR presents a British European menu, featuring dishes from its London counterpart, using specially imported artisanal products with local influences and the very best ingredients from Australasia. FINDS’ charmed Nordic spirit carries on to its four function rooms suitable for private dining or small-scale celebrations.“Nordic Express” resembles a surreally-designed European train carriage with a large clock on one wall running backwards. “Nordic Winter” exudes elegant atmosphere of luxury and snowy winter romance featuring bright silver seats, white curtains on both sides and frosted glass mirror wall. “Nordic Summer” leaves guests feeling as if they stepped into the Nordic garden in midsummer. The framing of the main section of this room is laden with a peacock feather curtain and flower-lined walls and ceiling. “Hell” is designed in dark and sensual tone, incorporating the use of deep, smooth reds and blacks, irregularly placed long mirrors and human-sized candles. At Café Duvet, the intimate white walled bar with dark timber floor is highlighted by high-gloss, lipstick red stools. Here, you can relax and create your own cocktails and people-watch at the busy D Deck. Café Duvet's bar is overlooks a second, larger raised outdoor space situated in the centre of the Square. This self-contained area, surrounded by tall palms and Jacarandas, is where customers can tuck into one of the seven canopied booths fitted with comfortable blue and red colored day-beds as they enjoy drinks and tapas. The booths are complemented by three huge circular day-bed shaded by sun parasols.
