Driving down Ice House Street, one cannot miss FLY's playful "Front Porch", a semi-outdoor area that is embraced by floor-to-ceiling warm timber planks that intertwined with greens, foliage and light reflections from a gold disco ball spinning lazily in the background. "Combined with playful features such as a hopscotch painted on the floorboards, this area sets a mood that is playful, intimate and welcoming for patrons who want to chill and 'play' at the same time," FLY interior designer, Alicia Tan, puts in a nutshell. It preps one for a night of adrenaline-filled partying where a 3500-square feet dance club awaits behind the smoky glass doors.

The "Back Room" is designed such that a clubber's senses would be enhanced through hearing, seeing and feeling of the music; a massive Turbosound system that pumps solid, crisp and powerful sound that can vibrate hair on skin, a jet-black DJ booth that sits amidst a wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling LED wall, displaying larger-than-life graphics that are in-sync with the sound and beats of the tunes. Gritty black tiles, raw concrete and mesh screens are dotted with reflective materials to strategically reflect LED graphics, energizing every corner and engulfing clubbers with synchronized visual beats. Other playful features, such as handle-like wall features, a pseudo dancing pole, raised flooring and even tables that could be used as dancing platforms are also key elements to the spatial planning of the room to entice clubbers' interaction with the music and vibe. Graffiti work by famed French graffiti artist, L1ES ONE, on 2 of the back walls act as backdrops to this urban music playground.

Our meeting facilities are designed for and used by companies of different sizes and industries for different purposes. Our facilities include an function area that can allocate up to 50 people. THE SPACE is a versatile event venue of 12,000 sqf aimed to promote creativity. Its layout and peripheral facilities are designed to facilitate a wide variety of events such as Press Conference, Product Launching, Fashion Show, Music Concert, Weekend Markets, Interest Workshops, Corporate Events and Training Sessions. Equipped with over 300 pieces of furniture and decoration, THE SPACE is highly flexible and ready-to-use.

Located on the 2/F of D2 Place ONE shopping mall – the Cultural & Creativity Hub of West Kowloon – THE SPACE is only steps away from the Exit D2 of Lai Chi Kok MTR Station, connected with over 60 types of public transit, and is easily accessible from anywhere in the city.

Located in the buzzing Lan Kwai Fong, it only takes 5-minute walk from Central MTR Station. The 900 square feet space can fit 55 guests. Other equipment such as complimentary Wifi or audio system etc are all well prepared. For food and drinks, guests can either bring their own F&B, order from the outside restaurant or request us to prepare in advance. We can also pre-order oyster and red wine with 5%off for guests who hire our venue.
