Royal Feast - The Private Kitchen first started opening in 2012 and expanded to Central in 2016. It is a place where you can spend a few hours over a unique and exclusive dining experience that has been well-prepared just for you!

Our menu involves two important elements “Creative” and “Innovative”, not only make use of fresh vegetables to create new style dishes, but also a mixed up taste with fusion food of Chinese, Western, Japanese, French and Italian. ‘Pan-fried Watermelon’ is the most popular and signature food, which makes use of unique cooking technique with high temperature, to fry and fan-fried watermelon which is juicy and soft. Other signature dishes include ‘Mixed Mushroom Soup with Black Truffle’, 'Foie Gras and Shrimp Wonton with Soybean Sauce' and 'Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi with White Truffle Sauce'.

With its polished wooden floors that render warmth and complementing clean lines Wagyu's interior is stylish and modern, which is matched with a menu offering a fresh approach to the traditional steak restaurant. Jinjuu, meaning “pearl”, is Hong Kong’s premier modern Korean restaurant with celebrity chef Judy Joo at the helm. Located in the iconic California Tower, Jinjuu seamlessly merges traditional and contemporary styles of cuisine and design. The stunning venue offers a space that feels casual and inviting, yet still upscale. Jinjuu boasts a unique menu with big bold flavours, showcasing much loved Korean classics as well as fun street food fare.
