The Den is the secret hideaway of Mr & Mrs Fox which has its own exclusive entrance up the stairs, past our custom made dry-aging cabinet or via the elevators. It can comfortably seat 24 people for a meal or special gathering. The tables can be easily removed for a ‘standup’ party for up to 70 people. The Den has its own private balcony overlooking Tong Chong Street, it is equipped with built-in audio-visual facilities (projector with pull down screen, 65-inch TV and wireless microphone) making it suitable for a wide range of events such as private parties, meetings or corporate events.

Designed around large family-style sharing and served in the center of the table; whole legs of lamb and whole salt baked snappers are just some of the dishes on offer.

YUM CHA adopts a playful twist on Chinese cuisine, while maintaining traditional Chinese flavors. Dining at YUM CHA is made memorable with a number of “camera eats first” moments that are meant to arouse both your visual interest and your appetite. The décor at YUM CHA is reminiscent of a number of nostalgic Chinese dining traditions. A variety of decorative items such as traditional Chinese serving utensils and birdcages appear as a reference to the old teahouses of the past.

Tsui Hang Village (Causeway Bay) is a modern interpretation of grand Guangdong mansion. The interior takes on a light beige color tone filled with wooden ornaments to exude a refined Chinese elegance. Tamarind is spacious and vibrant venue with two main dining rooms (Sugar Room & Spice Room) that seats up to 150 guests. Tamarind's Thai and Vietnamese kitchen is headed by Master Chef Amoo. A native of Chiang Mai, chef Amoo enhanced his skills with regional cooking tours to Vietnam and Thailand, and has cooked with the famous Chef Bobby Chinn from Saigon. He captures the essence of Thailand and Vietnam and recreates it in his dishes at Tamarind. His enticing menu features Thai pomelo salad with grilled prawn, black cod marinated in tamarind, royal Thai chicken massaman curry and stir fried spicy pork neck served on a sizzling plate

Taking charge in the Indian kitchen is Chef Ravilal Bhandari whose wealth of culinary experience includes 15 years as the Executive Chef at the highly reputable Viceroy of India Restaurant in Hong Kong. Some of chef Bhandari's mouthwatering specialties includes pani poori trio which features crispy puffs stuffed with tangy potatoes paired with a selection of spiced water, mouthwatering morsels of tandoori salmon and lamb dum biryani cooked and served in a sealed pot.

We have two party rooms in San Po Kong. The 3000 sqft. Party Fever K is in Chinachem Industrial Mansion (2 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station), while the 10000 sqft. Party Fever T is in Sheung Hei Factory Building (5 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station). We could provide a party space which can accommodate up to 120 people. We do also provide planning services for private or corporate parties. We aim for create an unforgettable party for you!

Restaurant – Yi’s Kitchen餐廳 – 頤膳房 

Located at Block H of Middle Zone, Yi's Kitchen is a 2-storey restaurant that provides quality food and beverage services to visitors of Jao Tsung-I Academy. With its flexible settings and professional culinary and service teams, it is also an ideal venue for weddings, private parties and corporate functions. 

In additional to the Food and Beverage arrangement provided by Yi’s Kitchen, Jao Tsung-I Academy provides different kinds of facilities for various events such as Conference Room, Theater, Lecture Hall and Resources Centre. Guests are welcome to rent the facilities to enhance the dining experience.
