FINDS’ charmed Nordic spirit carries on to its four function rooms suitable for private dining or small-scale celebrations.“Nordic Express” resembles a surreally-designed European train carriage with a large clock on one wall running backwards. “Nordic Winter” exudes elegant atmosphere of luxury and snowy winter romance featuring bright silver seats, white curtains on both sides and frosted glass mirror wall. “Nordic Summer” leaves guests feeling as if they stepped into the Nordic garden in midsummer. The framing of the main section of this room is laden with a peacock feather curtain and flower-lined walls and ceiling. “Hell” is designed in dark and sensual tone, incorporating the use of deep, smooth reds and blacks, irregularly placed long mirrors and human-sized candles. With exclusive views of the open kitchen, it offers the luxury experience of chef’s table where guests will be able to appreciate culinary artists making their masterpieces.

Lively Belgian beer house FRITES brings a taste of Europe to Hong Kong. On entering the bistro, you will see an authentic Belgian-style bar, stocked with four genuine Belgian beers on tap and many more available by the bottle.

The menu offers traditional and unique Belgian fare, including mussels in Hoegaarden beer sauce, pork knuckle and Stella Artois battered fish and chips. Beerliner Langham Place has the same unique façade to its counterparts all over Hong Kong. The restaurant imposes a 3D architectural rendering of an 18th century structure with a mix of contemporary and ancient design elements like striking arched doorways and chandelier lights. This new shop also boasts a large open kitchen and a modest bar reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany.

Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, Beerliner offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting. Beerliner offers a range of German fares featuring appetizers, salads, mains and desserts.
