The Factory is a spacious, multi-purpose venue that has been refurbished from a manufacturing warehouse located in San Po Kong, Kowloon. Traditionally an industrial area, San Po Kong is redeveloping with creative zones popping up in all corners, and The Factory is its latest installment. Equipped with a professional kitchen, inflatable Chesterfield sofas and large screen projection, The Factory can be configured for different types of events, including corporate training, workshops, parties and cooking gatherings.

A friendly high quality conference/seminar meeting place separated with private tea/coffee corner and desktop reception area overlooking the Kowloon Cricket Club in Tsim She Tsui within 5 min walking distance from MTR. Seating arrangement up to 40 seats with or without tables as formated at your own preference. Facilities provided are double projectors side-by-side with centre stage speaker stand & writing board, PA system with 2 microphones and LCD TV.

MHK Meeting Room is in Madera Hotel in Jordan. This 30 square feet venue can hold up to 20 guests. It is bright and airy with floor-to-ground window that lead to the outdoor terrace. In-house F&B menu is provided, perfect to hold breakfast meeting and full-day conference.

Urban Park, is a Modern European eatery that offers a grassy retreat in the middle of the city. Modern, elegantly designed with a 1,500 sq ft grass laid terrace, great for alfresco dining, picnic parties, wedding cocktails and dinners.

Urban Park has an elegant cosy indoor dining area and a spacious outdoor garden that could accommodate approximately 100 guests for cocktail parties and dinners. It is an elegant and romantic rooftop wedding venue to exchange your vows!

Urban Park is focused on experimenting with new ways of cooking, it aims to do so without pretension. Instead, the focus is on serving fresh and delicious food that is bursting with flavour. Specializing in agave spirits including Mezcal as its namesake along with Tequila and Sotol. Many of the premium spirits on offer are unique to Mezcalito as they have been imported from Los Angeles and Mexico City. Other notable mentions include an array of hand crafted signature cocktails prepared by the talented bar staff alongside several bottled beers, and wines both by the glass or bottle.
