We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.
"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.
TANGO, ARGENTINIAN STEAK HOUSE – mingle with the flavours and culture of Argentina……Tango is a steak house in the Argentinian tradition, seductive, rustic, elegant. Tango is the place to enjoy superior cuts of prime Argentine beef lovingly prepared by our South American chef over the open fired Parilla. Perfect for your next social or corporate event, this multi-function auditorium, classroom/meeting room, and cafe is suitable for all types of events, such as courses, seminars, workshops, meetings and training, promotion events, concert, team training, talent shows, drama performances, gaming events, and special celebrations.
The auditorium, with a first class PA and projector system, can seat up to 170 people. The seating is completely flexible to suit your needs, or can be completely removed for a wide-open space of approx 2000 sq. ft. The auditorium has direct access to the cafe for easy session breaks, networking, or refreshments.
The classroom, approx. 250 sq. ft., seats up to 30 people and can accommodate all types of training sessions and classroom meetings.
