"CHOW" is a slang for comfort food. It is also the last name of our head chef and owner, Simon. Our mouth-watering Italian and French dishes are infused with Simon's signature bold flavors. We also offer only the highest quality ingredients.

Being the latest addition to the Beerliner chain, this new branch in Kwai Fong's hip mall Metroplaza boasts a unique ambience with an eclectic mix of contemporary décor and Old World design elements featuring beautiful chandeliers and striking arched doorways. Designed by award-winning interior designer Danny Cheng, the restaurant has an open kitchen and a small bar that is reminiscent of a microbrewery in Germany. Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, Beerliner offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting. Beerliner offers a taste of Germany featuring appetizers, salads, mains and desserts. The Beer House features a range of delectable German nibbles like crispy Deep Fried Pork Skin, cheesy baked camembert with Rosemary and Garlic, and juicy meatballs, which all go along with the beers. The beverage menu offers a comprehensive range of craft beers and classic German draught beers like Grimbergen Blonde, Erdinger Weissbier and Erdinger Dunkel.
