Launched by the founders of the popular “Three Butchers” online deli, Feather & Bone brings the same top-quality, 100% grass-fed meat sourced directly from Australian farmers to the heart of Hong Kong. Through our online shop, customers can get the same premium cuts of meat hand-sliced by our butcher. Our market-fresh fruits and vegetables are selected daily by our dedicated staff, as well as a hand-picked selection of seasonal products exclusively imported from Europe and the US.

A contemporary take on speakeasies, “I Know John” is a sophisticated, private lounge serving specialty mixologist-created cocktails and a carefully curated menu offering niche wines and whiskeys. Overlooking the famed Wellington Street, the refined, modern-rustic venue holds a 16-foot-long bar built with dark timber wood and illuminated oak blocks, and custom-made leather seats and couches. The cozy outdoor balcony serves as a perfect nook for intimate conversations.

About 2,600 square feet area consists of three classrooms with an accommodation of up to 40. This classroom is in North Point close to Fortress Hill MTR Station and there are some bus stops nearby, transportation is convenient. This is perfect for cooking events, classes , private parties, team building, marketing events etc. On the other hand, the New Oriental Culinary will regularly launch new lessons for supplication. JAMIE’S ITALIAN TSIM SHA TSUI features a spacious outdoor terrace for al fresco dining and postcard-worthy view of Hong Kong’s iconic skyline. Situated in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui’s retail hub, the stylish & pillar-free restaurant can welcome up to 164 guests for dinner or 200 for a standing cocktail setting. The private outdoor terrace offers seating for an additional 70 guests.
