Inspired by the crazy nightlife and ferocious drinking culture of Japan, AMAZAKE is an izakaya and Japanese specialty bar combining the best of drinking's past, present and future. This is a safe haven for those restless souls who want an unforgettable night out filled with delicious foods, unbelievably creative cocktails and loads of some of Hong Kong's most favoured drinking games!

We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.

"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.

Grand Central is a 2-story upmarket casual chophouse and bar - Grand Central is an American concept with a modern and urban industrial yet welcoming décor package. Popular with residents, shoppers and financial industry professionals, Grand Central offers American fare specializing in steaks, seafood, popular and artisan craft beers and selection wines.

The ground floor offers a nice airy feel and bar vibe perfect for after work drinks, while the floor dining areas boasts a restaurant environment with a cozy and comprehensive chophouse menu.

LEVELS is a 8,000 square foot partying space in Central that provides customers with state of the art Logic System speakers, first class interior design by J. Candice Interior Architects featuring mood rooms conceptualized as Liquid & Solid, and the largest dance floor in Hong Kong. Launched in 2012 by the Privé Group, LEVELS has redefined nightlife entertainment in Asia, and is now the destination landmark for party-goers in Hong Kong. Perfect for your next social or corporate event, this multi-function auditorium, classroom/meeting room, and cafe is suitable for all types of events, such as courses, seminars, workshops, meetings and training, promotion events, concert, team training, talent shows, drama performances, gaming events, and special celebrations. 

The auditorium, with a first class PA and projector system, can seat up to 170 people. The seating is completely flexible to suit your needs, or can be completely removed for a wide-open space of approx 2000 sq. ft. The auditorium has direct access to the cafe for easy session breaks, networking, or refreshments. 
 
The classroom, approx. 250 sq. ft., seats up to 30 people and can accommodate all types of training sessions and classroom meetings.

Much like Assembly's sister restaurant, Common Room, the gastrobar is loosely inspired by British communal spaces and areas where students gather to relax and interact with one another. The venue has a very Parisian train station feel, with curved black arches framing the ceiling and wispy handwriting on the walls spelling out, "Bon Voyage." At Assembly, guests have the comfort to get intimate in one of the spacious and comfortable seats to sit outdoors while facing the bustling Knutsford Terrace sidewalk.
