MAMA SAN by Will Meyrick – With his Scottish heritage, an Australian accent and an Indonesian home, Will Meyrick isn’t easily categorized. Often described as Western on the outside and Asian on the inside, Will’s passion for the cuisine culture and culinary heritage of this fascinatingly diverse part of the world, is what really defines him and sets him apart as a chef and restaurateur. This award winning chef and restaurateur now brings his incredible talent to Mama San in Hong Kong. Lavishing a collection of Asian flavours on his menu, Will continues to delight diners with an amazing collection of dishes from the South East Asian region. The Hong Kong Academy of Flower Arrangement (hkafa) is a renowned international flower school. We have 2 other venue options in Tsimshatsui and Wanchai featuring a spacious, minimalistic and bright environment. hkafa is experienced in organizing private theme parties, corporate events, product launch and flower arrangement workshops. Delivering lifestyle with cultural and aesthetic touches, our venue provides equipment and materials to support events and catering of different genres from leisure to business with dynamics.

Being an iconic landmark located at the heart of Kwun Tong, The Wave offers spacious event space for your company to host business meeting, seminar, training, product launch, exhibition and open day event. Our event space never ceases to amazed our clients with how customisable it is to cater with different needs and requirements. It is conveniently located within 5 mins walking distance from the MTR and surrounded with amenities and services.

Located on the entire 20th floor, at The ONE Tsim Sha Tsui, customers can enjoy a striking panoramic skyline of Hong Kong at its famous Victoria Harbour. The 190-seat and over 6,000 square feet that draws on the Cafe Deco heritage of art deco for a classic ambiance that stretches across the level with open oyster bar and lively lobster tank, an authentic tandoori oven, cocktail bar and intimate dining tables with a breathtaking view. 

Our Executive Chef, Mr. Martin Kniss, and his talented team will continue to bring along their culinary signatures dishes such as Cafe Deco tapas selection, oysters, tandoori Himalayan chicken, Australian Angus beef and American ribeye to the new Cafe Deco to symbolise its 2 decades of strong tradition.

We provide 800sqft multipurpose space, perfect for 80pax seminar, dance and drama rehearsal, photo and video shooting, workshops and classrooms, etc. Located near Kwun Tong MTR Station, we open for 24hr access.
