Rúla Búla is part of the Irish expression 'Ri Ra agus Rúla Búla' which translates to 'uproar and commotion' in the context of a celebratory and good time.

The concept design is influenced by warehouse type bars in the meatpacking district of New York. Along with contemporary cocktails, cutting edge music you can still expect the famous warm Irish service!

The 190-seat and over 6,000 square feet that draws on the Cafe Deco heritage of art deco for a classic ambiance that stretches across the level with open oyster bar and lively lobster tank, an authentic tandoori oven, cocktail bar and intimate dining tables with a breathtaking view. 

Our Executive Chef, Mr. Martin Kniss, and his talented team will continue to bring along their culinary signatures dishes such as Cafe Deco tapas selection, oysters, tandoori Himalayan chicken, Australian Angus beef and American ribeye to the new Cafe Deco to symbolise its 2 decades of strong tradition.

Located at Brim 28 – Causeway Center (Wanchai), the brand-new landmark for tasteful alfresco dining, it offers wonderful outdoor seating in the heart of our restless city; an oasis only five minutes walk from the shores of Victoria Harbour. Red brick walls, vintage blackboards, old slicers, warm interiors with rustic shades… This is DiVino Patio – Ristorante Bar Pizzeria : “Where the time runs slowly". The Hive Portrait’ Studio is a 6m x 4m studio equipped with a set of Bowen lights & radio trigger & back screens. It is suitable for portrait, product shoots and single model fashion shoots. There is also a dressing table with mirror lights for make-up.

The Hive Studios is staffed from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm. Weekend bookings are possible by arrangement. A PhaseOne technician can also be hired. For a custom made package, please contact for more details.
