Townhouse aims to highlight the city feeling. Designer made a perfect marriage, a mix-and-match of the surroundings to the interior design. The restaurant is intended to be obscured as a darkened cinema, leaving all the attention to the twinkling lights of Hong Kong. Townhouse showcases the perfect marriage of Asian food and Western cooking method satisfying everyone’s taste bud and intends providing different innovative delicacies to pleasantly surprise all the epicures in town. Townhouse equally accentuates crafting drinks, especially cocktails, ice tea series & mocktails.

Table is a boutique restaurant that specialize in fresh seafood and other fine ingredient. It is the only restaurant in HK with its resident marine biologist, it “depurates” lives seafood such as oysters, lobsters, crabs purging them of accumulated metabolic wastes during transit and “reclocking” them back to out-of- ocean condition.

Table is a pioneer in the concept of ingredient based cuisine. Not restricting by traditional geographical cuisine, culinary team has the free hand to decide the best preparation method that suits a particular ingredient. Food preparation style range from French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, etc.

Opened since 1998 in Hong Kong as the brain-child of veteran restaurateur, Mr. Carmelo Lopez. A native Spanish himself, he came to Asia in the 70’s but was still nostalgically attached to the richness and exquisite taste of the cuisine of his motherland. Ole was created from this crave for authenticity! Just experience the genuine touch of Spain the moment you step inside the restaurant: the lemon yellow plastered walls and glazed terracotta tiles of the Mediterranean, the lighting fixture and the decorative potteries directly flown from Spain.
