    With a lavish offering of over 50 seafood dishes, the menu is split into 12 sections including Carpaccio, Sashimi & New-Style Sashimi, Tartare, Ceviche, Seafood Platters, Hot Dishes and Meat among others.     Dating back to 1888, The Pawn is housed in one of Hong Kong’s most historical buildings. What was once the famous Woo Cheong pawn shop became The Pawn in 2008 and re-opened in collaboration with British celebrity chef Tom Aikens after an extensive refurbishment. Featuring modern British cuisine on the second floor ‘Kitchen’ and handcrafted cocktails and artisanal spirits on the first floor ‘Botanicals’ bar.

    Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.

  • Ole Spanish Restaurant

    Opened since 1998 in Hong Kong as the brain-child of veteran restaurateur, Mr. Carmelo Lopez. A native Spanish himself, he came to Asia in the 70’s but was still nostalgically attached to the richness and exquisite taste of the cuisine of his motherland. Ole was created from this crave for authenticity! Just experience the genuine touch of Spain the moment you step inside the restaurant: the lemon yellow plastered walls and glazed terracotta tiles of the Mediterranean, the lighting fixture and the decorative potteries directly flown from Spain.     We have two party rooms in San Po Kong. The 3000 sqft. Party Fever K is in Chinachem Industrial Mansion (2 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station), while the 10000 sqft. Party Fever T is in Sheung Hei Factory Building (5 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station). We could provide a party space which can accommodate up to 120 people. We do also provide planning services for private or corporate parties. We aim for create an unforgettable party for you!
