The only authentic Japanese restaurant located on the Southside of Hong Kong, Shoku is a 4,000 square-foot beachfront venue with three private rooms and tables for large parties featuring Hong Kong’s largest authentic Japanese “Binchotan” charcoal grill as its centerpiece. Guests are encouraged to choose from the selection of fresh seafood such as whole scallops, Kinki fish, surf clams, abalone, conch and much more from the display around the grill which is flown in daily from the best suppliers in Japan and then cooked on the grill in front of the diners.

Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.

Basmati, the taste of India, strive to bring the best out of Indian cuisine in Hong Kong. Located in the heart of Hong Kong (Sheung Wan), the restaurant aims to bring a modern twist in the recipes that fit the contemporary demand of our customers while keeping the authentic palate intact. bread n butter Cafe serves up delicious, authentic Brittany-style, sweet and savory crepes, to stay or takeaway. Our crepes use the finest ingredients, all lovingly hand prepared onsite the traditional way. We offer classic French fillings such as the Crepe Complete (ham, cheese, egg and spinach) but we have also created some contemporary twists such as our Crepe Hong Kong (condensed milk, peanut butter, toasted coconut and ice cream).

As well as the indoor café, there is also a covered outdoor terrace seating up to 44 diners in chic, Parisian style. It is the perfect spot to unwind after a hard day of shopping with friends and enjoy one of our leisurely afternoon tea sets.
