Following on his highly successful openings in London, Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong, Aberdeen Street Social serves Atherton’s modern British cuisine, bar bites, delicious desserts and great cocktails.
Designed by the Shanghai-based award-winning Neri & Hu, the bright and airy venue has outdoor terraces on both floors for alfresco dining and gardens surrounding the property.
UPSTAIRS - RESTAURANT houses a contemporary restaurant inviting an intimate dining experience, with a private room and outdoor terrace overlooking the gardens.
DOWNSTAIRS - BAR & BISTRO is a cosy room with a long bar and outdoor patio for all-day socialising! Images from America's Cup and Vendee Globe Challenge as well as models of J-Class yachts displayed throughout the building complete the nautical theme. Our head chef Steve Chou hails from two of New York City's renowned one Michelin-starred restaurants, Public and The Modern and brings with him a skilled, sophisticated culinary technique that is bold and unconventional while still paying special reverence to the French classics.
ABOUT THE CLUB
With an area of 6,000 square feet, Bungalow provides customers a club experience unlike any other. The venue is fitted with the latest in entertainment production such as Funktion-One speakers, moving head spot lights, lasers and 4 wall-sized LED screens. The elevated DJ booth is equipped with three Pioneer CDJ2000 Nexus decks and a DJM900 Nexus mixer, in which is surrounded by a full service semi-circle marble bar. J. Candice Interior Architects is the vision behind the blue and white renaissance-esque design of the space, which features 14 VIP tables and 4 by-invitation only tables next to the DJ booth. As eye candy, the eerily eye-catching giant framed photographs decorating the walls are taken by noted German photographer, Helen Sobiralski. A rising talent, her works are all inspired by traditional Baroque paintings but re-interpreted with modern elements.
