The 3-storey building overlooking Stanley Bay is one of seafront's most popular dining landmarks. Steeped in a stylish East Coast flavour reminiscent of Martha's Vineyard, the relaxed décor offers a comfortable and casual environment. The restaurant's exterior is edged in Cape Cod Blue and whites. Images from America's Cup and Vendee Globe Challenge as well as models of J-Class yachts displayed throughout the building complete the nautical theme. The first-floor balcony and roof-top garden are perfect for alfresco dining and parties on balmy summer nights.

The only authentic Japanese restaurant located on the Southside of Hong Kong, Shoku is a 4,000 square-foot beachfront venue with three private rooms and tables for large parties featuring Hong Kong’s largest authentic Japanese “Binchotan” charcoal grill as its centerpiece. Guests are encouraged to choose from the selection of fresh seafood such as whole scallops, Kinki fish, surf clams, abalone, conch and much more from the display around the grill which is flown in daily from the best suppliers in Japan and then cooked on the grill in front of the diners.

Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.

Garage Collective is a conceptual, design-centric venue that's the first of its kind in Hong Kong. Our unique event space rental offerings feature theatre-style seating on the mezzanine floor with projectors, stellar sound system & acoustics, and a pet friendly policy. The Beer House locates on the top floor at Langham Place. It offers a contemporary and casual environment with extensive selection of beers from all over the world. Friends and family can enjoy a comprehensive drink list, German fare, trendy music and live sports games at this beer paradise.

The Beer House features a range of delectable German nibbles like crispy Deep Fried Pork Skin, cheesy baked camembert with Rosemary and Garlic, and juicy meatballs, which all go along with the beers. The beverage menu offers a comprehensive range of craft beers and classic German draught beers like Grimbergen Blonde, Erdinger Weissbier and Erdinger Dunkel. An expansive list of cocktails and mocktails are also available.
