Hong Kong Parkview's Éclat Ballroom boasts soaring ceilings and iconic marble spiral staircase. The staircase makes for an especially grand entrance for the new couple and as a fabulous backdrop for wedding photography. The ballroom caters up to 24 tables.

Sure-fire prospective favorites include the Langoustine Tartare with Avocado, Truffle & Caviar, Warm Octopus with Potato, Capers, and Smoked Paprika, Seafood Platter, Miso Salmon with Lime, Salt-Baked Sea Bass* (serves 2 people), Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Truffle and Caviar and the fine selection of fresh, premium oysters served with jalapeño & coriander sauce and red wine mignonette. Start your Seafood Room experience with a cocktail or a glass of champagne at one of Hong Kong’s hottest rooftop bar. With an extensive managerial background in the restaurant industry spanning Europe, the Middle East and now Asia, Olimpio has demonstrated tremendous skill in leading the business operations of some of the world’s finest dining establishments such as London’s Cipriani and Mayfair’s renowned seafood restaurant Scott’s before landing his first stint as Restaurant Manager at the reputed Savini Restaurant in Milan.

Bringing with him multiple accolades and mentions over his years in the industry, the infectiously charismatic Olimpio now leads operations at Seafood Room while letting nothing fall short of his high standards for customer care and satisfaction.

Patrons of Jimmy’s can enjoy their all-time favourite dishes within comfortable, relaxed surroundings. The red sofas and dark green high stools, together with the open wine rack behind the bar, create the perfect place for winding down. The intimate dining room is furnished with dark-wooden furniture, where old pictures ofJimmy's Kitchen and Hong Kong, as well as daily life in old-time Britain, adorn the walls. The semi-private room at the back of the restaurant is separated by a foldable door and an individual entrance.
