Ornaments hung on the walls include bows, arrows and animal skins. Eye-catching canvas tents are set in various areas and over the buffet area. Seating is finished in plush New Zealand sheepskin and rawhide lampshades complete the final touches. The all-you-can-eat Mongolian-style buffet allows you to create your own main course from a wide range of fresh meats, vegetables, sauces and spices. You can follow your desired recipes on our signboards, pass the ingredients to our chef who will cook your dish to perfection and bring it to your table served piping-hot in minutes. Gaylord Indian Restaurant is a secret paradise located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Gaylord's kitchen is headed by Chef Roman Singh, aka The Curry Expert, and has over 20 years' of culinary experience rooted in Delhi. Chef Roman believes in traditional cooking styles with contemporary presentations and his mantra for the perfect dish is finding the right balance spices and fresh herbs. Gaylord's menu features traditional street snacks, tandoori barbecue delicacies, delectable curries like Chicken Makhanwala (boneless pieces of tandoori chicken cooked in smooth butter and tomato sauce), Chicken Tikka Masala (barbecued chicken cooked in a subtle onion and tomato sauce) and Rogan Josh Kashmiri (tender boneless lamb in an onion and red pepper sauce) alongside an assortment of freshly baked roti and naan bread, biryani rice and vegetarian specials.

Occupying the entire 5th floor of the centrally located, top grade building on Three Garden Road Central, Eaton House offers hot desks, dedicated desks, private office suites, flexible event space, as well as a variety of meeting rooms and boardrooms. With a spectacular view overlooking Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong Park, each meeting room is equipped with a 46-inch HDTV and glass white board. Video conference is also available.
