LILY & BLOOM draw their inspiration from the physical streetscapes and downtown street life that emerged in great cities near the turn of the 20th century. Beginning in Paris and migrating to London, New York, San Francisco, and Shanghai, the years of 1890-1930 marked the beginning of not just the modern city, but the way we now eat and drink. Street vendors, cafes, people watching, restaurants, classic cocktails, chefs and cookbooks - all came to the forefront at this time. Most importantly, the life force of all this - the central urban market - was born.

From the intricate architecture of the brick tenements, to the raw energy of immigrant city life and the places such vendors/hawkers/restaurant owners drank and ate, LILY & BLOOM’s interiors hint at both the urban grits and the creative headiness of the early 1900’s. Together with the ingredient-driven food and drink, the concept celebrates the life that markets, food, and those who produce it have given us literally and figuratively. BUZZ CONCEPTS, by partnering with AvroKO, aim to pay tribute to this era in their new duplex space at LILY & BLOOM.

THE RESTAURANT (5/F)
Just one floor down sits Bloom, the city’s definitive contemporary American kitchen. Brimming with energy and warmth, the restaurant is decked out in wood and industrial elements in a design evocative of old Manhattan, and highlights market-fresh flavours and top-of-the-line seafood in their omnipresent raw bar. Honest cooking meets gourmet produce in a menu that reveals a bounty of traditional American favorites refined with subtle European touch.

Located in the heart of Hong Kong and surrounded with art and culture, La Galerie is a nice place for art lovers. It is rare to see photography gallery in Hong Kong and we are one of them, we like to share our love of photography, where you could hold events in a place with our selections and collections. We located in Soho, near to PMQ, where you also can find international cusine and delicate boutiques. It is convenient, just 15 minutes walking from Central MTR station. And it is a place that never sleeps.

We offer venue rental service, suitable for pop-up events, photo/ film shooting, press conference, wine tasting. With the component of movable partition walls and furniture, they allow you to redesign the interior as you wanted, it could be classic and traditional or novel and contemporary. We also have HD TV screen, HD speaker, couches, fridge. We can hold up to 80 people, so you could alter the space to fit in the needs of your events. Va Bene presents a light aesthetic that opens up the space and evokes true Italian style. It adapts a minimalist interior design style without extra decoration. A large 12 seats bar area near the entrance makes it the perfect place for cocktail party. A wide variety of carefully selected wines and classic Italian cocktails are served in Va Bene. Two private dining rooms with 10 - 20 seats provide an intimate space for small scale private dining with friends and families. With a premium sound system installed and the spacious set up of Va Bene, it can conveniently cater for different exclusive private parties and events.
