Wooloomooloo Prime (TST) brings the Wooloomooloo Dining Experience to another level. Situated on the top floor of The ONE, the iconic shopping mall in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, the restaurant and lounge will surely be the perfect place for couples, friends and business people to enjoy dining and socializing.

The Drunken Pot has ‘fishing market’ ambience with traditional carved wooden door, dangling lights, rustic walls, a bar designed like an old market vendor with aged wood, and colourful hand-painted signs and graffiti telling old fishing tales. Amid the timeless look is a gigantic ‘street art’ mural by Hong Kong urban contemporary artist Ben Pickering representing the vibrant, cosmopolitan scene in Hong Kong, with a traditional Japanese ‘Goddess of the Sea’ sharing local produce.

Premium butcher and delicatessen Feather & Bone opens a one-stop grocery shop and restaurant.The cosy 30-seat eatery serves freshly made meals from 7am to 10pm daily, whilst al fresco seating accommodates up to 20 guests — perfect for private parties or whiling away an afternoon with a sampling of cheese, a freshly prepared salad and a glass of chilled wine. 

Well-stocked delicatessen-style counters showcase a selection of fine curds and meats, whilst a carefully curated collection of wines and spirits promise to elevate even the finest of home bars. Guests can opt to order meat straight from the butcher’s counter to be cooked to their liking, or have it lovingly packed with recipe suggestions from their expert butchers. 

Feather & Bone Happy Valley promised promises to be more than just a grocery store; the highly anticipated one-stop shop is sure to draw a crowd from the neighbourhood and beyond. 

The 3-storey building overlooking Stanley Bay is one of seafront's most popular dining landmarks. Steeped in a stylish East Coast flavour reminiscent of Martha's Vineyard, the relaxed décor offers a comfortable and casual environment. The restaurant's exterior is edged in Cape Cod Blue and whites. Images from America's Cup and Vendee Globe Challenge as well as models of J-Class yachts displayed throughout the building complete the nautical theme. MHK Meeting Room is in Madera Hotel in Jordan. This 30 square feet venue can hold up to 20 guests. It is bright and airy with floor-to-ground window that lead to the outdoor terrace. In-house F&B menu is provided, perfect to hold breakfast meeting and full-day conference.
