BREAD STREET KITCHEN & BAR presents a British European menu, featuring dishes from its London counterpart, using specially imported artisanal products with local influences and the very best ingredients from Australasia. The Factory is a spacious, multi-purpose venue that has been refurbished from a manufacturing warehouse located in San Po Kong, Kowloon. Traditionally an industrial area, San Po Kong is redeveloping with creative zones popping up in all corners, and The Factory is its latest installment. Equipped with a professional kitchen, inflatable Chesterfield sofas and large screen projection, The Factory can be configured for different types of events, including corporate training, workshops, parties and cooking gatherings.

The Collab – Boutique Meeting rooms & Venue 

We offer all-inclusive, multi-purposed rooms with flexible layout plans that allow you to conduct meetings, seminars, trainings, corporate events or even private parties! Our facilities include Wifi, laptop, projector, audio-visual system, microphones, TV and party equipment. Arrangement of catering, venue decorations and party entertainments are available upon request. Located in close proximity to all transportation, it takes only 1 minute walk to Jordan MTR Station.

We have two party rooms in San Po Kong. The 3000 sqft. Party Fever K is in Chinachem Industrial Mansion (2 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station), while the 10000 sqft. Party Fever T is in Sheung Hei Factory Building (5 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station). We could provide a party space which can accommodate up to 120 people. We do also provide planning services for private or corporate parties. We aim for create an unforgettable party for you!
