Our focus is to show diners a series of dishes that combine creativity and various Japanese cooking techniques. HIGE serves only the finest quality ingredients available. We source our product from the most reputable and highly respected suppliers and fishermen. Globally whenever possible. Our fresh seafood flown in 1 / 2 times a week mainly from Japan, to assure freshness and quality. Items are prepared to order and not all ingredients are listed, so please let us know about any allergies or other concerns when ordering.

Nestled in the heart of Happy Valley, The Jockey is a quaint neighborhood pub where one can watch the world go by. Facing the Southern end of the Happy Valley Race Track with both indoor and alfresco seating, The Jockey serves the local residents as a convenient meeting place for drinks, food, conversation and watching major sporting events live on the big and small screens around the pub.

There is a short stairway going to the first floor right at the entrance of our Building, avoiding the sometimes long awaited elevator in the lift lobby

 - There are at least 4 restaurants of different types at the same side of the same floor for catering and special dinner arrangement within very short distance and great convenience.  

- Very close to a big residential estate and densely populated residential areas in just a few minute walk. 

- Possible to be used as filming studio and related production as facilitated with pantry, private toilet and one meeting room.
