Located on the 31st floor and rooftop of The Hennessy, Wooloomooloo Steakhouse (Wan Chai) is a gem for the fan of great steak, vibrant nightlife and of course, a metropolitan view to die for. At Café Duvet, the intimate white walled bar with dark timber floor is highlighted by high-gloss, lipstick red stools. Here, you can relax and create your own cocktails and people-watch at the busy D Deck. Café Duvet's bar is overlooks a second, larger raised outdoor space situated in the centre of the Square. This self-contained area, surrounded by tall palms and Jacarandas, is where customers can tuck into one of the seven canopied booths fitted with comfortable blue and red colored day-beds as they enjoy drinks and tapas. The booths are complemented by three huge circular day-bed shaded by sun parasols. 

The only authentic Japanese restaurant located on the Southside of Hong Kong, Shoku is a 4,000 square-foot beachfront venue with three private rooms and tables for large parties featuring Hong Kong’s largest authentic Japanese “Binchotan” charcoal grill as its centerpiece. Guests are encouraged to choose from the selection of fresh seafood such as whole scallops, Kinki fish, surf clams, abalone, conch and much more from the display around the grill which is flown in daily from the best suppliers in Japan and then cooked on the grill in front of the diners.

Shoku uses binchotan, an extremely pure, high-carbon charcoal made from oak because its high density allows it to burn with very little smoke at a steady high heat over long periods so that it locks in the juices of seafood and meats and enhances the natural flavours of the food.

NAMO is a ‘must try’ culinary destination with a stunning view of Victoria Harbour located in Empire Centre, Tsim Sha Tsui East. Launched by renowned Thai chef Khun Wijannarongk Kunchit (whose expertise stems from working with the likes of Thai royals, dignitaries, and celebrity chef Bobby Chinn), the restaurant presents innovative Thai delicacies featuring quality-imported ingredients (giant Atlantic octopus, French mussels, Iberico pork ribs and Black Angus beef are just some of the top products being offered). Here, the kitchen takes Thai cuisine to the next level by combining traditional flavours of Thai cooking with contemporary recipes.
