BRAZA Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse – celebrity chef Richard Sandoval’s latest dining experience to arrive in Hong Kong. EAT DRINK LAUGH ENJOY – this is the style of Braza where Churrascaria, the name used to describe a restaurant that serves meat, mostly grilled, and Rodizio - the method of serving different cuts of meat, that originated from the south of Brazil in the early 1800’s, are proudly on show for guest’s to relish. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of meat, chicken and seafood in succession, to each diner individually right at their table, thus there is no traditional menu, as Braza features an all-you-can-eat continuous tableside service.

DiVino, located at the top of Wyndham Street, has become one of Hong Kong's most popular hangouts since it opened in March 2003. DiVino has been through a major renovation recently; the new interior design has divided DiVino into two main sections. The front dining area and lounge remain sophisticated and warm with its sleek dining arrangement with mirrors, warm lighting and walls; while the dining area and outdoor terrace at the back emphasize on conviviality of the atmosphere. The giant wooden puzzle, bamboo lamp and blackboard on the wall contrasted with red velvet sofa to give a homey and welcoming feel, lending an Italian air to the ambiance.

Frites Belgian Beer House is an authentic dining experience, bringing a truly unique flavour to the diners of Quarry Bay. Frites pays homage to authentic Belgian style with beers being poured in the age-old traditional way. Tamarind's Thai and Vietnamese kitchen is headed by Master Chef Amoo. A native of Chiang Mai, chef Amoo enhanced his skills with regional cooking tours to Vietnam and Thailand, and has cooked with the famous Chef Bobby Chinn from Saigon. He captures the essence of Thailand and Vietnam and recreates it in his dishes at Tamarind. His enticing menu features Thai pomelo salad with grilled prawn, black cod marinated in tamarind, royal Thai chicken massaman curry and stir fried spicy pork neck served on a sizzling plate

Taking charge in the Indian kitchen is Chef Ravilal Bhandari whose wealth of culinary experience includes 15 years as the Executive Chef at the highly reputable Viceroy of India Restaurant in Hong Kong. Some of chef Bhandari's mouthwatering specialties includes pani poori trio which features crispy puffs stuffed with tangy potatoes paired with a selection of spiced water, mouthwatering morsels of tandoori salmon and lamb dum biryani cooked and served in a sealed pot.

Located next to Midlevel Escalator in SoHo, this upstairs members' club is an exquisite lounge serving premium cocktails and drinks, with one of the hip event in the area.
