Lava Java is a brand new Western cafe/restaurant mixed with Asian fusion. Located in the busy commercial district of Kwun Tong, our decorations are designed to give customers a peaceful and comfortable environment. Beerliner's second location in Hong Kong has a unique façade - an inspired exterior that imposes a 3D architectural rendering of an 18th century structure. The restaurant's swanky interior is an ultimate in chic style with an eclectic mix of contemporary décor and Old Word design elements like striking arched doorways and modern chandelier lights. It also boasts a large open kitchen and a classic micro-brewery found at the rear end of the restaurant. Complementing the cream-colored stoned brick walls and brown teak furnishings with soft lighting, it offers a casual dining place in a stylish setting. Moreover, for breezy atmosphere, the alfresco area is a good place to relax and unwind.

Our specialist European culinary team helmed by Chef Juanjo Carrillo presents authentic Italian lunch and dinner featuring authentic imported antipasto, pastas and both traditional and creative contemporary signature main courses such as Ossobuco, Veal Saltimbocca and Chicken Milanese.

Styled after a vintage nightclub, the bar is equipped with a professional amplified stereo sound system for superior sound quality, and an excellent collection of jazz vinyl discs for members to choose from. Club members are also invited to bring their own vinyl treasures for other members to enjoy.

Renowned musicians perform at jazz nights on week days, and a trio jazz band on weekends.

A wide range of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails is also served, with our wine sommelier happy to recommend new ideas on what to try!

Ciao Chow is a new dining concept that houses Italian cafeteria, coffee bar and full bar under one roof, bringing premium Italian farm-to-table artisan food, specific-blend Italian espresso and craft beer and wine from Italy and around the globe to Hong Kong.

ITALIAN CAFETERIA IN THE HEART OF LKF - Located on the G/F of the newly-built California Tower, Lan Kwai Fong, in the wildly famous "California" space, the newly-opened Ciao Chow emphasizes a completely open kitchen, pizzeria, coffee bar and full wine bar with rose gold colour features evoking the feeling of Italian.

PIZZERIA - All pizzas are baked in the restaurant’s centerpieces – two specially-imported ovens with the highest degree of 450°C. Ciao Chow's pizzas will soon get the "Verace Pizza Napoletana" Certification, meaning Ciao Chow’s pizzeria and mozzarella bar will offer Hong Kong’s first and only VPN Pizza - the "true Neapolitan pizza". This means that the pizzas are made with only certain types of ingredients with approved equipment in traditional pizza-making methods. Moreover, a large variety of unique fresh toppings and DIY options are available for pizza lovers at Ciao Chow.
