"CHOW" is a slang for comfort food. It is also the last name of our head chef and owner, Simon. Our mouth-watering Italian and French dishes are infused with Simon's signature bold flavors. We also offer only the highest quality ingredients.

Using food as a channel to promote community, "Eat Healthy, Save Our Earth" is the slogan which accentuates our values. By stressing harmony, CLUB CHOW aims to provide a little escape in every day metropolitan life.

BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong.
