The Factory is a spacious, multi-purpose venue that has been refurbished from a manufacturing warehouse located in San Po Kong, Kowloon. Traditionally an industrial area, San Po Kong is redeveloping with creative zones popping up in all corners, and The Factory is its latest installment. Equipped with a professional kitchen, inflatable Chesterfield sofas and large screen projection, The Factory can be configured for different types of events, including corporate training, workshops, parties and cooking gatherings.

Decked out in white and metallic blue with sleek corners protruding from the bar, Tonic atop Langham Place combines a classy, contemporary environment with world class mixology. Drinks on offer include hand crafted cocktails like Spanish Sunset and Suzdal as well as an impressive selection of wines, champagnes, ports and sherries. JAMIE’S ITALIAN CAUSEWAY BAY measures 12,000ft² and boasts pillar-free spaces that can be configured to welcome private parties, family & friends gatherings or large corporate groups. It can accommodate up to 200 guests for a sit-down dinner or up to 400 guests in a cocktail setting.

OLIVE, GREEK & MIDDLE EASTERN – introduces the finest Middle East cuisine to Hong Kong diners witha superb menu designed by famous Australian Chef, Greg Malouf. This exotic, modern restaurant presents contemporary Greek and Middle Eastern cuisine with an Australian flavor. Favorites include a range of mezza, mains, salads and sensational desserts.
