Garage Collective is a conceptual, design-centric venue that's the first of its kind in Hong Kong. Our unique event space rental offerings feature theatre-style seating on the mezzanine floor with projectors, stellar sound system & acoustics, and a pet friendly policy. We love hamburgers more than anything else in the world... we know, we’re weird that way. Our love of ‘all things burger related’ inspired us to spend years researching what makes the perfect hamburger-meat-to-bun ratios, patty recipes, grind coarseness, Maillard reactions, and cheese meltability to name but a few. Beef & Liberty is the product of that obsession - those technical details are exactly what we are all about. It’s this passion that’s made us want to share our burger addiction with the good people of Hong Kong.

Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.

Young Master is Hong Kong’s highest rated craft brewery making all natural beers locally. Our signature beers have won awards in local and international competitions.Young Master’s second brewery location in Wong Chuk Hang also features an event space with tanks and barrels as a backdrop. Brewery Tours and a tasting of Young Master beers will be included and together with chef partners we can offer events ranging from social or corporate dinners and stand up beer “cocktail” receptions.

With its unique nautical theme, Stormies at Yoho Mall in Yuen Long offers a cosy and inviting environment with floor-to-ceiling windows and live sports broadcast available.

Garage Society QRC is situated at 19/F, 299 Queens Road Central. It is easily accessible by public transport and right in the heart of Hong Kong's financial and commercial district - making us one of the most accessible and centrally located venues in Hong Kong.

At Garage Society QRC, we have 2 adjacent event spaces A and B, and an even larger terrace. Our venue rental includes the use of our versatile indoor event space as well as our beautiful outdoor terraces with a beautiful view.

Public restaurants in One Island East, Quarry Bay, offers an international selection of food and drinks for busy office executives and local residents alike.

The self-serviced takeaway counterpart Public Deli and the full-service Public Restaurant on Level 37 of One Island East present a vast array of culinary options and both available for event hiring. Public Deli features four different booths including Hagaki (Japanese), Pho Real (Vietnamese), Colibri (Italian) and Bombay Boom (Indian) and the linked 150-seat Public Restaurant with floor to ceiling windows is a round-the-clock dine-in area providing a seasonal contemporary fare of International favourites including Italian, Indian, Japanese and Vietnamese cuisines.
