Our love of ‘all things burger related’ inspired us to spend years researching what makes the perfect hamburger-meat-to-bun ratios, patty recipes, grind coarseness, Maillard reactions, and cheese meltability to name but a few. Beef & Liberty is the product of that obsession - those technical details are exactly what we are all about. It’s this passion that’s made us want to share our burger addiction with the good people of Hong Kong.
Our name originates in 18th century Britain where the leading members of London society gathered in beefsteak clubs to partake of great food, fine booze and entertaining company. The brilliantly named Sublime Society of Beefsteaks was the most famous of all the clubs and its motto was “Let beef and liberty be my reward”. We loved the line so much we took it as our name.
Dynasty, the award-wining Chinese restaurant has returned after its magical makeover, offering an intriguing Chinese heritage design with a twist. Apart from the time-honored recipes including the signature Barbecued Pork, the chefs has launched a series of new chef's recommendations for more delightful dining adventures. With three top cocktail mixologists, and a scrumptious world-inspired menu that will be served tapas style, Common Room is a place for patrons to relax with their friends, drink cocktails made exactly how you like it, and enjoy good food that's perfect for sharing. The new 4000ft² rustic industrial chic gastrobar features a 31 feet long mixology glass and cast iron liquor library, long wooden communal tables, Funktion One sound system, and an outdoor terrace decorated with reclaimed ship wood.
The Quay is a Simple and Cool Seafood Wine House, opened its first location, in Kennedy Town by the Bay area. Thus, "The Quay". The restaurant is known for its lavish portions and exquisite flavors. The menu, as the location suggests, comprises of seafood, especially on "FISH", along with other mouth-watering picks for the family time.

Hazel & Hershey is an artisanal Coffee Shop. Our focus is Coffee bean to cup, we do direct trade from origin, estate and farmers only. Our menu ranges from our large selection of single origin beans or our espresso menu where everyone is sure to find their own cup of coffee. We also have light snacks and finger food available. Hazel & Hershey also have the best coffee tools/machines store in town.
