Royal Feast - The Private Kitchen first started opening in 2012 and expanded to Central in 2016. It is a place where you can spend a few hours over a unique and exclusive dining experience that has been well-prepared just for you!

Our menu involves two important elements “Creative” and “Innovative”, not only make use of fresh vegetables to create new style dishes, but also a mixed up taste with fusion food of Chinese, Western, Japanese, French and Italian. ‘Pan-fried Watermelon’ is the most popular and signature food, which makes use of unique cooking technique with high temperature, to fry and fan-fried watermelon which is juicy and soft. Other signature dishes include ‘Mixed Mushroom Soup with Black Truffle’, 'Foie Gras and Shrimp Wonton with Soybean Sauce' and 'Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi with White Truffle Sauce'.

DotCod soundproofed private rooms provide the ideal ambience for private dining or corporate meetings, and is conveniently equipped with a projector and screen for presentations. Choose from our Party Menus or discuss with us on how to customize one that suits your occasion.

THE OCEAN

CABANA 

With refined Japanese baths, elegant private cabins and lounge beds for glorious sunny days, Cabana is a haven of leisure and luxurious relaxation, located on Hong Kong’s Southside.

Grand Central is a 2-story upmarket casual chophouse and bar - Grand Central is an American concept with a modern and urban industrial yet welcoming décor package. The Verandah is a celebrated restaurant that brings you fine continental fare in a classic setting, offering a faultless combination of heavenly cuisine, fine wines and discreet, attentive service in true Peninsula style. Comfortably accommodating 208 guests, it is the perfect venue for cocktail receptions, gala banquets and theme parties For outdoor functions, The Front Lawn, overlooking the South China Sea, offers an opulent ambience for wedding ceremonies, cocktails and product launches.
