HIGE Izakaya (ひげ / 髭) – a casual place for after-work drinking in late-night izakaya style. Hidden on a quiet street – the Castle Road in Mid-level, Hong Kong. A few steps away from the Caine Road. Restaurant set up with cozy chiling décor in tatami style that you’d be likely to find in any local Japanese town. Specializing in kushiyaki (aka-meat skewer) bites and quality sakes as well as whiskey and draught beer. Our fresh seafood flown in 1 / 2 times a week mainly from Japan, to assure freshness and quality. Items are prepared to order and not all ingredients are listed, so please let us know about any allergies or other concerns when ordering.

Our meeting facilities are designed for and used by companies of different sizes and industries for different purposes. Our facilities include an function area that can allocate up to 50 people. Towngas Cooking Centre is conveniently located at Lee Theatre which is only few- minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR. Every cooking station comprises individual built-in-hob, oven and sink, the spacious venue can accommodate up to 25 pairs of participants cook together. It has always been an ideal place hosting practical cooking classes, cooking competitions, parties, team building events, product seminars and more.

We do also take care of petite chefs. The innovative Towngas KIDchen is equipped with cooking stations with adjustable heights so that adults and young kids can cook together with ease. What’s more, ‘Fun To Cook’ workshop is tailor-made for young people who want to enjoy cooking fun and share splendid food they make with friends in a cozy and hassle-free environment.
