Another flight of stairs will take you up to a 2,000 sq. ft. rooftop lounge with unrivalled panoramic views of the city. Comfortably seating 150 customers inside the restaurant and a further 30-35 customers on the terrace, Seafood Room presents a wide range of both local and imported fresh and live seafood, serving globally-inspired cuisine including Asian, Mediterranean, South American and more.

With a lavish offering of over 50 seafood dishes, the menu is split into 12 sections including Carpaccio, Sashimi & New-Style Sashimi, Tartare, Ceviche, Seafood Platters, Hot Dishes and Meat among others. Sure-fire prospective favorites include the Langoustine Tartare with Avocado, Truffle & Caviar, Warm Octopus with Potato, Capers, and Smoked Paprika, Seafood Platter, Miso Salmon with Lime, Salt-Baked Sea Bass* (serves 2 people), Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Truffle and Caviar and the fine selection of fresh, premium oysters served with jalapeño & coriander sauce and red wine mignonette. With a mesmerizing 270-degree view of Victoria Harbor, the rooftop is the perfect space to wind down with your favorite cocktail or bubbles after a long working week. With an extensive managerial background in the restaurant industry spanning Europe, the Middle East and now Asia, Olimpio has demonstrated tremendous skill in leading the business operations of some of the world’s finest dining establishments such as London’s Cipriani and Mayfair’s renowned seafood restaurant Scott’s before landing his first stint as Restaurant Manager at the reputed Savini Restaurant in Milan.

Bringing with him multiple accolades and mentions over his years in the industry, the infectiously charismatic Olimpio now leads operations at Seafood Room while letting nothing fall short of his high standards for customer care and satisfaction.

We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.

"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.
