LILY & BLOOM draw their inspiration from the physical streetscapes and downtown street life that emerged in great cities near the turn of the 20th century. Beginning in Paris and migrating to London, New York, San Francisco, and Shanghai, the years of 1890-1930 marked the beginning of not just the modern city, but the way we now eat and drink. Street vendors, cafes, people watching, restaurants, classic cocktails, chefs and cookbooks - all came to the forefront at this time. Most importantly, the life force of all this - the central urban market - was born.

From the intricate architecture of the brick tenements, to the raw energy of immigrant city life and the places such vendors/hawkers/restaurant owners drank and ate, LILY & BLOOM’s interiors hint at both the urban grits and the creative headiness of the early 1900’s. Together with the ingredient-driven food and drink, the concept celebrates the life that markets, food, and those who produce it have given us literally and figuratively. BUZZ CONCEPTS, by partnering with AvroKO, aim to pay tribute to this era in their new duplex space at LILY & BLOOM.

Just one floor down sits Bloom, the city’s definitive contemporary American kitchen. Brimming with energy and warmth, the restaurant is decked out in wood and industrial elements in a design evocative of old Manhattan, and highlights market-fresh flavours and top-of-the-line seafood in their omnipresent raw bar. Honest cooking meets gourmet produce in a menu that reveals a bounty of traditional American favorites refined with subtle European touch.

Live music, fine dining, a waterfront promenade and views of the Hong Kong skyline completes the experience that is Wooloomooloo Steakhouse (TST East). Located harborside in Tsim Sha Tsui East, we deliver the ultimate combination of our signature cuisine with surroundings to match. Beyond great steaks and excellent fare, Wooloomooloo (TST East) is a haven for the after work crowd, longing for a tipple after a long day. Wooloomooloo Prime (TST) brings the Wooloomooloo Dining Experience to another level. Situated on the top floor of The ONE, the iconic shopping mall in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, the restaurant and lounge will surely be the perfect place for couples, friends and business people to enjoy dining and socializing.

The Den is the secret hideaway of Mr & Mrs Fox which has its own exclusive entrance up the stairs, past our custom made dry-aging cabinet or via the elevators. It can comfortably seat 24 people for a meal or special gathering. The tables can be easily removed for a ‘standup’ party for up to 70 people. The Den has its own private balcony overlooking Tong Chong Street, it is equipped with built-in audio-visual facilities (projector with pull down screen, 65-inch TV and wireless microphone) making it suitable for a wide range of events such as private parties, meetings or corporate events.

Designed around large family-style sharing and served in the center of the table; whole legs of lamb and whole salt baked snappers are just some of the dishes on offer.
