Designed by the Shanghai-based award-winning Neri & Hu, the bright and airy venue has outdoor terraces on both floors for alfresco dining and gardens surrounding the property.

UPSTAIRS - RESTAURANT houses a contemporary restaurant inviting an intimate dining experience, with a private room and outdoor terrace overlooking the gardens.

DOWNSTAIRS - BAR & BISTRO is a cosy room with a long bar and outdoor patio for all-day socialising! Royal Feast - The Private Kitchen first started opening in 2012 and expanded to Central in 2016. It is a place where you can spend a few hours over a unique and exclusive dining experience that has been well-prepared just for you!

Our menu involves two important elements “Creative” and “Innovative”, not only make use of fresh vegetables to create new style dishes, but also a mixed up taste with fusion food of Chinese, Western, Japanese, French and Italian. ‘Pan-fried Watermelon’ is the most popular and signature food, which makes use of unique cooking technique with high temperature, to fry and fan-fried watermelon which is juicy and soft. Other signature dishes include ‘Mixed Mushroom Soup with Black Truffle’, 'Foie Gras and Shrimp Wonton with Soybean Sauce' and 'Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi with White Truffle Sauce'.

The 5,742 ft² newly renovated function room at Panda Hotel, the CRYSTAL, is now adorned with its iconic feature - a unique, colour-changing LED crystal wall.
