We wanted to pay homage to one of Japan's most beloved icons – the sumo wrestler - and re-imagined an izakaya and bar that would be ideal for these cherubic champions to play, relax and drink after a long hard day of wrestling on the mat.
"AMAZAKE" is named after the traditional Japanese drink made from fermented rice. The drink is normally sweet and popular to use in many Japanese food and drink recipes. It's even been considered as a homegrown hangover cure – perfect to chug down after a night out at our izakaya bar.
Occupying the entire 5th floor of the centrally located, top grade building on Three Garden Road Central, Eaton House offers a large event space of 3,000 sq. ft. Upon entering the venue and passing the 8m long bar, you will immediately see the beautifully decorated space.
