Jinjuu, meaning “pearl”, is Hong Kong’s premier modern Korean restaurant with celebrity chef Judy Joo at the helm. Located in the iconic California Tower, Jinjuu seamlessly merges traditional and contemporary styles of cuisine and design. Jinjuu boasts a unique menu with big bold flavours, showcasing much loved Korean classics as well as fun street food fare.
