ABOUT THE RESTAURANT
Inspired by the joie de vivre of French culture and cuisine, Bungalow's restaurant serves up traditional French fare that is both comforting as well as refined. Our head chef Steve Chou hails from two of New York City's renowned one Michelin-starred restaurants, Public and The Modern and brings with him a skilled, sophisticated culinary technique that is bold and unconventional while still paying special reverence to the French classics.

ABOUT THE CLUB
With an area of 6,000 square feet, Bungalow provides customers a club experience unlike any other. The venue is fitted with the latest in entertainment production such as Funktion-One speakers, moving head spot lights, lasers and 4 wall-sized LED screens. The elevated DJ booth is equipped with three Pioneer CDJ2000 Nexus decks and a DJM900 Nexus mixer, in which is surrounded by a full service semi-circle marble bar. J. Candice Interior Architects is the vision behind the blue and white renaissance-esque design of the space, which features 14 VIP tables and 4 by-invitation only tables next to the DJ booth. As eye candy, the eerily eye-catching giant framed photographs decorating the walls are taken by noted German photographer, Helen Sobiralski. A rising talent, her works are all inspired by traditional Baroque paintings but re-interpreted with modern elements.

Agave offers a menu showcasing regional specialties and creative dishes from Guadalajara, Mexico’s second most populated city, as well as Jalisco. Ingredients used such as various chilies, cactus and fresh green tomatillos are imported from Mexico, whilst our tortillas are handmade on site. Guests can try our wide selection of tequilas or savor our well-known margaritas at the long bar. The ambience is authentically Mexican as vivid oranges and reds exhibit the unique architectural style of Luis Barragán, one of the most influential Mexican architects of the 20th Century.

The event menus are exquisitely designed by Yun Yan's Executive Chef Kenny Chan who is a son of a renowned Sichuan chef family. Besides holding major positions at famous restaurants in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Canada, Chef Chan is granted the honorable title of Chef Rôtisseur by the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. With endless creativity and over 40 years of experience, he creates modern Sichuan gourmet that embodies the versatility and variety of flavors in Sichuan cuisine. The professional culinary team led by Chef Chan is ready to present an authentic Sichuan feast that combines ingenious cooking and premium ingredients for you.

BOUCHON BISTRO FRANÇAIS – take a stroll through the streets and tastes of Paris within the unique atmosphere of Bouchon. Cosy and comfortable with great cuisine and wines in the true French style. Choose from a superb selection of hors d’oeuvres, sample the charcuterie offerings, and enjoy traditional French salads, soups, cocottes, assiettes and desserts. OLIVE, GREEK & MIDDLE EASTERN – introduces the finest Middle East cuisine to Hong Kong diners witha superb menu designed by famous Australian Chef, Greg Malouf. This exotic, modern restaurant presents contemporary Greek and Middle Eastern cuisine with an Australian flavor. Favorites include a range of mezza, mains, salads and sensational desserts. Compliment the meal with the fine selection of world wines including a Middle Eastern selection. The inviting interior provides a casual, intimate ambiance for diners.

Situated at Elements, the new high-end shopping complex located at MTR Kowloon Station, guests can enjoy the fresh ocean catches and steaks at this popular bar / restaurant set in a relaxed atmosphere. The long interior space of Stormies is complemented by alfresco seating in the circular roof-top space on the third floor of Elements. The nautical theme of Stormies continues at this restaurant, where a long, teak bar forms the main focus. Chrome chairs and purple upholstery contrast with blue wave-patterned glass elements which accented the décor.
