The Sea View Conference Venue is located at IFC in Central. It is superbly decorated with a first class reception area and fully equipped with event and conference facilities which guarantee you with an unrivalled conference experience. 

- Multi-Purposes Space of nearly 1,000 square feet on the 1/Floor for pop-up use and short term activities like sales promotion, product/service demonstration, temporary events etc. Training, meeting, conference, party, private gatherings, private dinners, workshop etc. of smaller scale and other temporary functions are suitable for the Space.  

 - At great location inside decent industrial building which is very close to Kwun Tong MTR station (Exit B). APM big Shopping Mall with retail outlets and restaurants are all around. Stormies is one of Lan Kwai Fong's quintessential meeting landmarks. Following a nautical theme, the ground floor bar features floor-to-ceiling folding windows that open onto the busy D'Aguilar Street. The floor is covered with teak furniture resembling a ship's deck and a long, polished brass bar countertop stretches across the room. Dominating the bar's sunset yellow walls are large mirrors, framed in stainless steel, complete with brass bolts. Nautical wares such as solid brass barometers, cabin clocks and anchors adorn the walls. A pair of 21-inch televisions screens footage from classic yachting races to annual sports events. The recently renovated upper deck features live sports on big screens and large windows, making it the perfect place to people watch over the busiest party street in Hong Kong.

An extensive menu of seafood, ribs, salads, pastas and sandwiches is available. For a light bite, sandwiches like the Stormies Club or Stormies Classic Burger are perfect. Don't pass up on the scrumptious US BBQ Pork Ribs. The bar also offers a snack menu, with dishes like Stormies Wings and Breaded Calamari Rings.
