Dada Bar + Lounge (Dada), inspired by the Dadaism art movement of the early 20th century, is a living example of contrast and imagination. The space is infused with irony and a visual extravaganza of contrasting patterns, fabrics and shapes. The cocktail menu is the brainchild of Dada's mixologists extraordinaire. They have creatively devised a line of deliciously delectable drinks that reinforce the Dada surrealistic adventure that is anything but ordinary.

He or she will have prepared most of your dinner, allowing you and your guests to add the finishing touches. Afterall, great food is even more delicious when created with great friends. Located at Hong Kong Central Star Ferry, Watermark offers unparalleled waterfront dining, boasting a stunning 270-degree view of Victoria Harbour. Contemporary continental cuisine is served at this harbour side eatery. An elegant stone entranceway and water features take you into Watermark's sleek interior of teak, marble and glass. The three-sided water views of the open-plan space can be utilized to full capacity, or partitioned to create an intimate dining experience. A stairway leads to an intimate dining area which features a wine collection, perched high in 30-plus feet high. A translucent sky-light ceiling gives the restaurant luminous, natural daylight, while the surrounding open-air deck offers a spectacular view of Kowloon peninsula and ferries commuting on the water. Ideal for events and parties, the menu focuses on fresh seafood and dry-aged beef which can be seen in the custom-built temperature controlled cabinet to facilitate its dry-aging process.

Step outside in the Open Air in the centre of Causeway Bay, with a panoramic view of the city Sky line and the Victoria Park & Harbour View. The Rooftop Garden, situated 28 stories above street level offers panoramic views across famed Victoria Harbour and Victoria Park, offers you the best outdoor venue on the Hong Kong Island. Space is a luxury, and THE OCEAN’s expansive 8,000 square-foot setting – complete with private dining rooms featuring built-in aquarium walls that house hundreds of hovering jellyfish – was designed to accentuate its size without sacrificing intimacy. CABANA
