Hazel & Hershey is an artisanal Coffee Shop. Our focus is Coffee bean to cup, we do direct trade from origin, estate and farmers only. Our menu ranges from our large selection of single origin beans or our espresso menu where everyone is sure to find their own cup of coffee. We also have light snacks and finger food available. Hazel & Hershey also have the best coffee tools/machines store in town.

Restaurant – Yi’s Kitchen餐廳 – 頤膳房

In additional to the Food and Beverage arrangement provided by Yi’s Kitchen, Jao Tsung-I Academy provides different kinds of facilities for various events such as Conference Room, Theater, Lecture Hall and Resources Centre. Guests are welcome to rent the facilities to enhance the dining experience.

EAT DRINK LAUGH ENJOY – this is the style of Braza where Churrascaria, the name used to describe a restaurant that serves meat, mostly grilled, and Rodizio - the method of serving different cuts of meat, that originated from the south of Brazil in the early 1800’s, are proudly on show for guest’s to relish. Perfect for your next social or corporate event, this multi-function auditorium, classroom/meeting room, and cafe is suitable for all types of events, such as courses, seminars, workshops, meetings and training, promotion events, concert, team training, talent shows, drama performances, gaming events, and special celebrations. 

The auditorium, with a first class PA and projector system, can seat up to 170 people. The seating is completely flexible to suit your needs, or can be completely removed for a wide-open space of approx 2000 sq. ft. The auditorium has direct access to the cafe for easy session breaks, networking, or refreshments. 
 
The classroom, approx. 250 sq. ft., seats up to 30 people and can accommodate all types of training sessions and classroom meetings.
