The Hong Kong Academy of Flower Arrangement (hkafa) is a renowned international flower school. BLT STEAK – opened in New York City in 2004 as a revolutionary modern American Steakhouse by celebrity chef, Laurent Tourondel and is now in Hong Kong. Hazel & Hershey is an artisanal Coffee Shop. Our focus is Coffee bean to cup, we do direct trade from origin, estate and farmers only. Our menu ranges from our large selection of single origin beans or our espresso menu where everyone is sure to find their own cup of coffee. We also have light snacks and finger food available. Hazel & Hershey also have the best coffee tools/machines store in town.

In keeping with The Salted Pig's rustic, English-style farmhouse concept, interior designer Kinney Chan blends homey and chic elements, with blackboards, wooden pedal, a chopping block bar, a fun and playful pig mural and various pig-themed items. The use of wood is everywhere, such as bare wooden tables and simple wooden chairs. Single tables and booths are available for intimate social gatherings, while a full-height shelf can be slide out to form a private area for parties.

Combinations of beige, grey and brown shades, as well as a touch of red are used to generate a homey and warm feeling. By creating a natural and cozy ambience, this rustic restaurant is ideal for local guests and tourists to escape from the modern world. Another highlight of the restaurant is the spacious outdoor terrace, where diners can enjoy relaxing alfresco dining and wind down from the hectic workweek at the same time.

Café de Paris brings a Parisian touch to the popular Soho dining district. Its ambiance is akin to Parisian street cafés, where dark wood panelings, maroon coloured-walls and mirrors etched with decorative scrolls creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. Embossed floral tiles on the ceiling give the atmosphere an air of casual elegance. The black and white checkered floor tiling, old posters and ornate brass racks perched high creates the feeling of nostalgia.
